Baltimore se disfruta desde este Hotel
Muy buena estadía en el Resident Inn (John Hopkins) de Baltimore. Las comodidades y facilidades de la habitación, área de desayuno y Penthouse, sumado a la excelente predisposición del personal del Hotel por mejorar el servicio y preocuparse en disponer de la mejor atención, hicieron que toda la estadía en la ciudad de Baltimore fuera una experiencia sumamente agradable.

Clean, comfy beds. Rooftop restaurant had great food. Good breakfast. Hotel itself is very safe but I wouldn’t walk around area at night for sure. Even be careful in daytime!

It was a really good stay, but we couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone in the lobby, the restaurant on the top floor was closed for some reason and they were serving food at the bar. The mattress was a little hard for our taste. We specifically picked this hotel because I was spending an entire day doing blood work and starting chemotherapy. We thought it would be easy to get in and get out and because it had a restaurant, we wouldn't have to go out at night in such a dangerous area. I think parking is $42 a night. A little steep.

The parking is $42 which is way too high. The staff member who checked us in was on cell phone sitting down while checking us in. The nightly manager was great and moved us to another room since the toilet would not flush in the first room. Breakfast choices were fantastic!

Great staff our flight arrival was early. They were kind enough to allow us to get our room early. Fabulous suite full kitchen. Nice and roomy for my mobility scooter. Roll in shower and provided a shower chair. Excellent location adjacent to John Hopkins and Kennedy Krieger walking distance to my appointments. Definently will stay again next year.

Room smelled with very strong pet odor. It gave me a migraine headache. No roof top dining as they stated in their advertisement. No restaurant. Disappointed.

Made reservation thru expedia, hotel description was FALSE, when I went to front desk I was brushed off by staff repeatedly who stated, "You booked thru a third party!!" Whether I did or not is IRRELEVANT!!@ The standard of Marriott/Residence Inn should not change. Sofa was disgusting.....pillows torn and worn, visible spots on sofa bed. Not what you would expect from Marriott.....but I guess the location and staff are the Key factor here.

Need a place by Johns Hopkins
We choose this hotel due to the proximity to John’s Hopkins Hospital. It was a short walk away. Room was spacious. Kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the staff was very courteous and kind, and having the luxuries of being at home was very nice

Friendly and helpful staff. Very small rooms, no vent in bathroom, outlet in bathroom did not work. I booked the room for 3 adults, the suite had a king size bed and a sofa bed. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. When we requested them they came with only one pillow. This has been my general experience with downtown hotels, nice lobby and restaurant but sad outdated rooms

This is a very nice hotel with clean, lovely suites. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions and directions. We will stay here again.
