Fantastic Views
Had a great stay here. The view from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom over the ocean is amazing. Easy walk to the beach and down to Face Rock. Great communication with the hosts. Definitely would want to stay here again and explore even more of the Bandon area.

Right on the beach
This was our second stay at this house in Bandon. It is in a perfect location with amazing views. The house is spacious and had everything we needed for the week. We could have cooked in the big kitchen but chose to eat most meals in the great restaurants close by. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location
The location of this house is amazing!! It was a short walk from the house door to reach the beach. The house itself was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware. This house is one of the best we've stayed in on the coast of Oregon. We will return!

Truly appreciated the owner's detailed instructions and recommendations. Made logistics very easy. The ocean view from the property is nothing short of amazing. Beach access is truly just walking out of the front door. Amazing property.

Great Time on the beach
Loved the place. My two daughter's (both 16+), loved waking up in the morning and drinking their coffee on the deck. At night everyone enjoyed the waves crashing and watching the meteor shower that was happening the last two nights of the trip. Great memories and great time!

Spectacular view

Perfect location. Lovely host.
Stayed here before. Beach access couldn't be better, and the view is absolute perfection. A few minor issues this time, but the host was attentive and responsive, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

This isn't my first visit! I love this place, I have brought my family to this beautiful home in the past. I just recently celebrated my 50th with my friends from our school district. We had a ball!! lots of laughs, good food, good music, beautiful Bandon and it's beaches! Could not have asked for more, thank you so much!

a quick get away
the location and views were wonderful. when we arrived the home looked like unattended for quite some time, cobwebs and dead flies and bugs a lot. the basement unit large window blind was broken which provided no privacy at night and the bathroom sink had no stoper so unable to fill sink with hot water. tried several times to contact local manager but never answered phone nor replied to voice mail. also strange request of guests on check out to wash sheets and towles andndry them befor leaving, have never had this with previous vrbo rentals strange.with the amout rendered thought owner would have a house cleaning/management team that took care of that. might not recomend this property . disappointing other than location and fab views.

Great Getaway
We had a great time here. It was centrally located for our exploration of the coast from Port Orford to Coos Bay. Walked right out the front door on to the beach. The first few days we had sunny weather and the beach was a pleasure. The next few days it was beach weather and, when home, sat in living room with a fire and watched the storm. Would stay here again. Close to town and easy access to Hwy 101.

Doesn't get any better
This tastefully appointed beach house has everything. Location: 50 yards to the surf. (Houses on both sides, but privacy is excellent.) Upstairs, a long outdoor porch with great views of the beach. Inside, simple, comfy furniture and tasteful color scheme. Kitchen: unlike many rentals, this beach house has everything you need, super clean, matching dishes (not the usual disheveled accumulation of Goodwill dishes) and all the (clean) pots and pans you need for cooking at home. This two-level, two-unit house is spacious, laidback, quiet and clean as a whistle. The day I arrived was the day I planned to return. And the Bandon beach out front runs for miles and miles in both directions with tons of giant rocks near shore for atmospherics. Doesn't get any better than this. Five stars all the way.

The lower level with its own kitchen is perfect for those who might have different time schedules or prefer more privacy.

Awesome Stay
We had a great stay. The location is awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed beach walks and exploring Bandon. Walking the beach at lowest tide was amazing…some many starfish and sea anemones. Beds are comfortable. And Debbie is an awesome host. We had everything we needed including dish soap and Landry detergent. Great stay!

Beautiful Ocean Front House
The description of the Sand Castles location was spot on! The ocean views were amazing. We had front row seats to watch the surf and sunsets not to mention the sea stacks including Face Rock just to the north. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Relaxing, convenient, spacious
Our family enjoyed the Sandcastle very much. The home was well appointed, spacious, and close to quiet walks on the beach. Thanks for providing a kite, barbecue and plenty of deck/outdoor chairs. We learned how to "go fly a kite!"

Summer # 4 at Sandcastle. Each stay..... "AWESOME"
11 fantastic days here. The accommodations are clean & comfortable. Enjoy wonderous sites, morning skies, evening sunsets., & ocean sounds/breezes from the balcony. In under 2 minutes you can stroll over the dune path to the flowing tide. Debbie promptly replies via text or phone, when one has any concerns/questions regarding the accommodations. Looking forward to spending another summer at Sandcastle.

The property is absolutely beautifully. Very clean and the view is amazing!
First of all, Bandon is one of my & my husband’s favorite places to vacation. With that being said, we loved this home/property! It’s located off the beaten path with easy beach access. Cleanliness is at the top of my priority list and this place did not disappoint. The view from the second floor was wonderful! The kitchen is well equipped. We had an issue with the shower downstairs and the property manager was quick to respond and the problem was fixed in no time. We would absolutely stay here again!

A comfortable home in a breathtaking setting.
The house is in a secluded spot just south of Bandon. It is literally 30 feet from the dunes and 150 feet from the beach. The house is neat and sufficient for a great visit to the south Oregon beach.

We'll be back!
In a word: perfection. In a few words: clean, comfy, cozy. To be specific: breathtaking views from the deck, wide expanses of walkable beaches complete with sea star, anemone filled tide pools, massive rock sculptures and dreamy sunsets. The house is very private and quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture and a well-stocked kitchen made this a perfect get-away for 3 relaxing days. The proximity to Bandon Dunes diverse hiking trails is an added bonus. We will be back!

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay. So conveniently located and relaxing. They did a lot of updates to the property since the last time we stayed so there is a new bathroom, new blinds, new dishes and just a lot of nice new touches that made our stay even more enjoyable than the last time we stayed.

Best getaway spot!
Beautiful house with an ideal location. Close to Bandon and Bandon Dunes golf. I was impressed by how cozy this home felt and the view was unbelievable. We will definitely be returning! Debbie, the owner of the home, was warm and lovely. I would recommend a visit for sure!!!

Great view in comfort
The house was just what we were looking for. It was well equipped and comfortable. The house is roomy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were great. The view alone was worth the price. I would recommend this rental to my friends.

House upstairs was clean and nice. Deck chairs were broken and unusable, no aluminum foil or baggies, etc. House was difficult to find since there was no House number. Downstairs was COMPLETELY UNUSABLE due to spiders in BEDS, in SHOWER and dead roly poly bugs on floor. Therefore we rented a 2 bedroom one bathroom. Feel price was outrageous for a 2 bedroom one bathroom. One spider in the bed was a brown recluse. After reaching out to owner received no response.

Nice place with great views
We enjoyed this place. The views were amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots and dishes for doing our own meals there. It was nice! The owners were friendly and communication was easy with them. Nice to have local contacts too in case you need any assistance. Not all places offer that! We had read online comments about the check-out procedures being extensive but weren't too concerned. Every place usually wants the garbage emptied, dishwasher started, and a load of wash done, along with other small requests. This place actually required us to have the dishwasher ran and emptied before leaving and we had to wash and dry all 4 sets of our sheets, and a load of towels before departing. This was alot to have to do the morning of leaving. And we were notified that we'd need to be out at10:30 instead of 11 because they had an arrival that night. We'd stay here again if we were able to do less on the check out. Overall, a great place!

Very clean house in a beautiful setting
The house was perfect for us. We were in Bandon for a three-day golf trip and wanted a nice place to stay where we could spread out and relax at the end of each day. The house was perfect - comfortable, clean, with amazing views. The place is literally right on the beach. Not on the cliff overlooking the ocean, but walk out the front door and you are walking out onto the beach. The location was very quiet. The space easily and comfortably accommodated our group of four adults.

Could Not Have Been More Perfect
We discovered and fell in love with Bandon 15 years ago but had not been back since. This home offered us the best of everything. Situated on the beach away from any crowds, it was an easy and short drive to restaurants and shops. The sunsets from the living area and balcony were stunning. A short path through the sea grass to the sand was perfect for fishing, kite flying or beachcombing. Beds were comfortable and amenities good for us. Bringing beach chairs for the balcony would have been smart, but that was our mistake. The owner was very responsive to my questions as well as being kind and knowledgeable in her answers. We are already planning future trips and hope to stay here again. It was better than expected. Thank you!
