On a positive note, the location is great, the staff is great, the rooms are great. But, if you book the studio suite, they all face (and are very close to) the train tracks. Trains come fairly often, are noisy and so, don't book this hotel/room if you don't have a great noise machine or expect sleep.

This hotel really embraces the art deco, mid century style inside and out. It is clean and well kept, my room was modern, clean, well equipped, yet very retro at the same time, the girl who serviced my room was very friendly and helpful. It is well worth paying a little more for a suite, you get a lot more space and facilities. I had two TV's that were interactive and had most streaming apps, and you could even download more apps if you're streaming apps are not preloaded. The area is quiet and a bit out of town, but the main PSP drag is a five minute drive, half an hour walk or even a bus ride away, you can catch the #4 bus from the airport to the hotel for $1. I would give it 5 stars, but the pool was not heated, and one of the reasons i spend a lot of money traveling to PSP in the winter is for a couple of hours swimming every day.
