El personal muy amable, tuvimos que salir muy temprano, pero a pesar de eso la persona encargada nos dio colaciones para nuestras hijas, muy limpio y cerca de comercio y restaurantes, y cercano a la carretera por lo que no te desvías si debes seguir tu viaje.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The property was very clean. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast, however, was not very good. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs were used. The orange juice tasted like it did not have enough water mixed with the concentrate.

No thrills or over kill, however very clean and the staff was nice enough. Location to 110 to the Casinos is very convient. From the hotel to the IP was 7 miles. I would gladly stay again. Not to mention the room size was a plus as well.

The bathroom was not clean 😕. There were dirty towels when we walked in. The toilet sit had pee stains allover. I was just so tired to even complain.

Just awful!
The room was clean and very accommodating. We had high hopes for the overnight stay. But the heater did not work and had to be replaced around 11 PM. We could not go to sleep because there was a hole in the wall to the outside, while the heater was being replaced. I would really like a refund.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Around 8:30 PM I personally came to your room to check the heater. We called maintenance and we had hot air coming out of the heater. The temperature was 71 and would have reached the desired temp of 71-72 that you wanted. You requested that we change the heater. Maintenance did explain that it may take an hour to change. I sorry but we did all we could.

I’ll stay again
I requested a quiet room for a weeks stay. Upon checking in & out, Marie was very kind. It was comfortable, tidy and quiet. Had everything I needed to work, rest and reset. My only small complaint was that it didn’t seem like a few of the surfaces had been wiped down and the tub surround had spots of black mildew that should be addressed. Other than that, it was an easy location and a quick drive back to the airport.

Great quality and comfort for the price. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed is too firm for my liking, but I sleep best with pillow top. The room was as expected and matched the description perfectly. Breakfast was surprisingly good and fresh. Definitely a welcome part of the stay after traveling so far.

The property was pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was full. There was a bit of hair left in our bathroom. And the room was very hot that night. I awakened twice to turn the air down but it did not seem to be functioning properly and we were left uncomfortable.

I'm sorry about the air. Front desk is available 24 hours 7 days a week. Sometimes the may be a problem with the wall thermostat Please contact them when any issues arise. We will address the issue no matter what time of the night or day.
