Absolutely loved our trip. Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The pool/hot tub was so relaxing and easy to access with it being open from 7am-11pm. Walking distance to the beach and other attractions is amazing. I will be making this my yearly stay. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you

Our room faced the beach, which was nice, however, right below our window was the pool/hot tub. You could hear every word spoken down there. Also, facing Beach Blvd. was noisy. Not sure why there were so many ambulances with their lights/sirens on day and night but there were many. Not a quiet location of the hotel for sleeping.

The housekeeper (older white lady with blonde hair and missing teeth in the front) was very rude and did not make us feel welcome. We simply asked for a set of clean towels. She looked at us and said you are a stayover. Abruptly said I'll get you towels when they are ready (towels were on the cart) we left for the day and came back still no towels that afternoon. Had to call the front to request. She finally brought them to which we replied thanks...she never made eye contact and walked away

Checkin went well. They were experiencing a staff shortage during a busy convention weekend, but made sure to get everyone taken care of and into a room quickly!! Service was very friendly!! This is the 2nd year our homeschool group has booked with them.

Go next door to Hyatt Place instead
We were not given the room described in the room details that we paid for. We had 3 people and they gave us a room with 1 king bed and no sleeper couch/chair & told us to share the king bed. We booked a listing that said 2 bedrooms. Hotel offered no other room option and told us to deal with Hotels.com and not them. We also had to request more towels, multiple times, since the room only had enough for 2 people, not our 3. The front desk was not rude but they offered absolutely no solutions. We could have stayed next door at Hyatt Place for a better room and less money but didn't have a cancellation option since we already checked in. The blackout curtains are motorized, but don't work. The pool was littered with trash and we had to swim around the vacuum/vacuum cords that were in the pool even though it wasn't on. Breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff was very proactive on refills and cleanliness.

Hi Dorrie. We do apologize for any inconvenience for having to stay in a king size room. Unfortunately, according to the reservation on Expedia.com and at the property level you did book a King accessible room. On a slower night we would have easily accommodate a room type change or had Expedia change the room type, but due to a high-volume weekend no other room type was available to move your party to.

I love that the staff was nice, accommodating and all around just super pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and great! This was a great place to stop midways for a 16hr drive. Love that they honored my request for late checkout! Allowed me to get some extra hours of sleep before I had to get on the road again. Checkout was easy as was check in! We had to pay for a room twice. We booked through Expedia and asked to change the check in/check out date. An Expedia agent said that they confirmed the change with the property. Once we got there, the property said that they did not see the change in their system, so in order to get the change, we had to book a new reservation and therefore we had to pay for the same rooms twice. I would not book through Expedia again and would instead book through the property in order to assure that a change in booking goes through smoothly and completely.

Please contact your booking agent for your refund. We cancelled your reservations with full refund we cannot refund when you book through a third party. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the parking lot, which was behind the hotel. I would definitely stay here again location is ideal.
