Wonderful hot tub mountain view!
Wonderful view of the mountains and great hot tub that heated up fast. Comfortable sitting area and foosball table upstairs and board games provided. Comfortable king size bed in master bedroom, working ice machine, firepit, nice glass table with candle for porch meals. Dog friendly. Easy to find and access, reasonable check-in/check-out process. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

Relaxing!!
The cabin was just what we were looking for! Up on the mountain, breathtaking views, quiet, relaxing and special. Cabin is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a major bonus! The property manager was accessible, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! I will definitely go back!

Just what we needed.
The cabin was perfect, just as described. Very clean. We really enjoyed the screened porch with a view. We spent every evening out there. Beautiful! There was 1 small thing that did not sit well with me and that was asking us the remove our trash from property. I was driving my friend to the airport and had to ride with our trash in the car because we left at 6am and dump was not open. Even if it was open, its 10 miles away. Big inconvenience . When paying for lodging, I would think trash removal would be included. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you .

Thank you for the 5 Star Rating. Somehow, the guest misunderstood our directions when leaving or didn’t read the Rental Agreement, because we have an outdoor trash can for guest to deposit all trash. So sorry for the confusion and issue it caused for our guest. We strive to create the best experience possible for our guests. Thank you.

This property was perfect for a family of four. Each teenager had their own space...one in the second bedroom and one in the daybed in the loft. The hot-tub was clean and worked very well. The house was cozy and clean. The view was incredible. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful home
Our experience could not have been any better. Home had everything we needed, and was beautiful with great views. Was a totally relaxing visit, and we rarely left other than a couple of hikes and the train ride in Blue Ridge. Great communication with host. We hope to be return visitors

Perfect cherry log cabin

Perfect Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a place to spend a few days to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. This was the perfect place. Very clean! Location is great and roads are nicely paved. Owner took the time to text us letting us know they were available anytime. The view was amazing. We were able to cook when we wanted, have coffee with a view and enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. We visited the apple orchard, hiked to Falls Branch waterfall, and visited the downtown area of Blue Ridge. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Best of blue ridge. Mountaintop 360 view
This was our second time staying. The cabin is in a quiet mountain community. Very safe with places to walk around. It's probably one of the best locations in the community at the top of a peak with a three sixty view. Excellent views about from every window in the cabin. Nice outdoor seating. Kitchen has excellent quality cooking implements. Comfortable bed. Lots of games and puzzles. The upstairs has a day bed which is perfect for reading and looking out at the mountains. This time we spent the entire day just lounging at the cabin. There are many good destinations available, but it's nice to be somewhere that feels so good to stay in and relax. It's very close to blue ridge and ellijay. We have stayed at several cabins in this area. And this is the best by far we hope to be back. Thank you for hosting us

Nice & Quiet
Our stay was nice, the cabin was clean and had all the necessary amenities as promised. The location was convenient. The view was also beautiful. Some things that could have made our stay a bit better: having outdoor lights on upon our arrival, it was very dark when we arrived and we had a hard time finding the cabin due to no lights being left on for us, it also made it difficult to open the lockbox with no light. The Hot tub was not ready for use upon arrival, it took a couple hours to be warm enough to use. A roku or streaming device would have been nice to have. Over all we had a good time and would recommend to others.

Thank you for your 5 Star review. Regarding streaming device… While we have two very nice Samsung TV’s in the cabin, they are not SMART TV’s. It is a good idea for guests to bring their choice of a streaming device if they would like to stream. Regarding the hot tub being ready… our cleaning team changes out the water between every guest and places the hot tub temperature at 80 degrees. It takes a few hours for the temperature to reach ideal temps once the guests arrive and set it at desired temperature. Regarding outdoor lights… we will instruct the cleaning team to leave the front door lights on when leaving. Thank you.

New years getaway
Eagles nest is breathtaking. Such a beautiful location and exactly what my busy south Florida family needed. We enjoyed the surrounding areas attractions as well. It was so nice to come home to the cabin and the fireplace. Definitely a must stay and a hope to stay again for us!

Great Getaway
Loved this cabin so much!! What a great surprise to see it decorated for Christmas as well!! My daughter, myself and close friend had a great girls weekend and enjoyed this property so much!! A beautiful view!
Cabin is super clean and well furnished. The hot tub and views are the star! We watched the sun come up over the mountain and set over the other each day. Everything was as described and the cabin is situated on a beautiful, easily accessible site. We really enjoyed out stay!

Peaceful and cozy
We truly enjoyed everything about our stay in this cabin. The location was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, hot tub was very soothing. My only complaint would be that the house got kinda smokey when we had a fire going in the fireplace, so we left the back door cracked and it helped smoke go up chimney.we would definitely stay here again.

Eagles Nest is the Best!!
Beautiful views and minutes from Blue Ridge and Ellijay. This is our second time staying here because of where the cabin is situated almost 3 miles up the mountain giving such spectacular views. Good communication with the owner.

Wonderful and relaxing stay
We loved the cabin, the location, the view - absolutely everything about it! We go to Blue Ridge often but have never found the perfect cabin - I think we just did! I have no doubt we'll stay here again. The owner was so helpful and concerned when I thought we would have to change our reservation - so glad we didn't have to. It was a very satisfying experience on every level.

Everything we needed
We were so impressed with everything from the ease of booking to how clean and comfortable the cabin was . The view was amazing . We felt like we were the only ones on the mountain . Breathtaking View
What an absolutely gorgeous location! Peaceful, relaxing. Enjoyed coffee in the screened-in porch or on the deck every morning. The cabin was cozy and inviting and equipped with whatever we needed for our stay. 15 minutes from the lovely town of Blue Ridge. Close to hiking trails and waterfalls. Would love to go back again!

Labor Day Getaway
This was our second trip here to the same location and it never disappoints! Our teenagers loved the hot tub with the magnificent view and the cabin had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There was a nice waterfall close by that is only a .5 mile hike (stray incline) that was a treat and we traveled the Scenic Railway which was great fun. I'm sure we will return again next. Matt is a great host, responding quickly and very amenable! Thank you for a fantastic getaway!

A breath of fresh mountain air!
We had the most enjoyable stay in this picture perfect spot! The cabin was exactly what we needed for our family of 5 and we loved every minute. We planned adventures during the day but everyones favorite part, without question, was s'mores over the fire at night and the stunning views from the hot tub. Our host was outstanding and we would definitely do it all over again. And absolute breath of fresh mountain air!

Wonderful mountain cabin
This was a wonderful cabin on Cherry Log Mountain. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary and really just wanted a nice, quiet cabin to relax in.It is just outside of Blue Ridge, but we did not go into Blue Ridge at all. We have stayed in the area several times and really were more interested in the restaurants in Elijay. The cabin was perfect! The hot Tub was great. we spent a lot of time in the hot tub, (3 to 4 times a day). IT is definitely some place we would return to.

The cabin was great for a friend get away! Loved the area blue ridge was close and beautiful, lots of things to do. Only minor downside there was no streaming service on TV but not a huge deal. Scenery from the cabin was breathtaking. Checking in and out was super easy. We had a blast!

Always a great stay
This is our 3rd time at this cabin. It’s the most perfect stay for an affordable, private cabin with Mountain Views. The cabin is always clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels which is a plus considering other cabins we have been to don’t give enough. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. Easy communication with the owner! Highly recommend to any family. We will def be back!

AMAZING
Brought my daughter and a friend to the mountains for my daughter's 24th birthday celebration! The cabin was just as advertised and more! The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, blankets, etc. Everything was clean and the view from the balcony and hot tub was amazing. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful! Perfect getaway! We can't wait to come back!

Mountain Getaway
The cabin was just how its listed with an easy drive to almost the top of the mountain. The views from the cabin are amazing in the winter/spring but I would imagine even better in the summer. The cabin was clean and is stocked with everything you need to enojy a great vacation. We hiked some of the mountain roads and enojyed looking at the outside of many of the other cabins on the mountain. Owner was responsive although we never really needed to contact. We used the neighbor to supply wood which was perfect! He privided so much we left some for the next guest to use.

Mountain Views
Its was a great change of pace from being in the city and just enjoying the mountains and surrounding areas. Plenty of grocery stores and hiking trails. I liked the peace and serenity being up there. It rained but it was still peaceful and serene. I would definitely come back. Great cabin very spacious the hot tub works and the views are amazing. The pics are exactly what you get.

Great view
My wife said that this was probably the best view of any cabin we have visited. The layers of the mountains were clearly visible with the valley below. The hot tub was wonderful and very private. The cabin is a little small with the bedrooms very close together and sounds travel well. It was not as well stocked with supplies as some other cabins but had what was needed. It was a little tricky with the trash and having to dispose of it yourself but there seems to be no trash service on the mountain. The owner sent us a message asking if we needed anything and wishing us a pleasant visit which was a nice touch. The route up the mountain was an easy drive. It did have lots of twists as expected but the was enough room for cars to move over. the driveway into the cabin was easily accessible. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Conveniently located to attractions. I suggest visiting both the rooftop bar and the Riverstreet cafe in Ellijay.

Best of the best
I've stayed in this area multiple times. This place is the best! Matt was helpful and friendly. The community is gorgeous, very close to blue ridge, Ellijay, and many hiking opportunities. Very safe. Very clean. The ascent to the cabin is curvy and steep. What a thrill the first time. And what a delight, after passing so many cabins, to find yourself at the very top of the mountain with a 360° view!!!! It is a community, but it's very private. The house had all we needed.... comfort, cleanliness, good design, kitchen implements, soap, cleaning supplies, cozy beds, foosball!!!!! One of the best features.. heated fan in the bathroom. What a great way to heat up fast! My only regret is we only stayed 2 nights. I can't wait to go back for a longer time!!

Thank you for the incredible 5 Star Review. While the road to the cabin is curvy and hilly, it is important to note that any vehicle can easily reach our cabin, the road is paved all the way to the cabin, and there are no frightening drop off along the way. Thank you for your review!

The best cabin we have rented by far!!
We have come to the Georgia mountains a few times, and this cabin took the cake for checking every important box on our list. Great views, the safest roads up the mountain, and tons of amenities to keep even the littlest members of our family entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook all our meals there (just bring the food!) the beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was amazing for letting our youngest walk around but still be in a safely enclosed area. We never once linked up to the wifi. That’s just how great our stay was. We were blessed with a little bit of snow and loads of sunshine during the cold weekend. The wood burning fire place was perfect with a drink to end the night. We are looking forward to renting it again in the summer time!

Very cozy place with a nice fire place and a gorgeous view. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the screened in porch. From a floridian, the climb may seem steep but our little 6 cylinder sedan made it up and down easy.

Relaxing New Years Eve!
The Eagle Nest was so amazing! It was relaxing, calm and had a beautiful view in the morning. our family of 3 fit perfect in this cabin. Also, Matt was such an amazing host. He will check in on us to see if we needed anything! 100% would recommend!
