布鲁克山葡萄园

Positives: 1. hotel is well-situated; but we don't mind the street people in the plaza across from the hotel (they leave you alone). 2. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very nice. 3. The downstairs bar with free pinballs, skeeball and pool table was different. Negatives: 1. When we checked-in the person was "filling in" and we were not advised about amenities like the free drop-off service. Better training for entire staff is recommended. 2. Housekeeping was uneven. Some days a real thorough job, others it seemed only the bed and towels done.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The view was great. The electric heater in the living room was a bit noisy. The bathroom was recently renovated and nice. The staff person at checkout was very nice.
