“We loved staying at this property! The roost is handicap assessed if needed. Quaint cabin with a private woodsy view along with a spacious deck! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big plus sit down seat in the shower! They provide all towels even pool towels! Not to mention the pool is was across from us! Very relaxing and quiet. The kitchen is set up for cooking, love the medium sized fridge. Lived how they have linen spray and antibacterial spray in glass bottles! I use that gone and……

“The view is stunning!! We kept rushing back home to sit outside and enjoy the view!! Michael was amazing w his communication and always responded immediately! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for 3 generations to meet and spend a weekend. Marion has places to eat and Asheville is an easy 40 min drive. I’d recommend driving an suv to get up and down the driveway. Lots of out door areas to sit and enjoy the view!! View from inside was amazing too! Just can’t say enough……

“We had an amazing weekend staying out here in Lake Lure. The house is close enough to all the necessities and restaurants around. The lake was still closed when we went, but that didn't detract from our time. There is still some river fishing and tons of beautiful views. The house itself was very cozy, the tub downstairs is massive if you like to take couple baths & the kitchen is stocked VERY well for cooking, and honestly it seems even some baking! “Our stay at the Bear Creek Cabin was outstanding! The location was beautiful with the creek, trees, lightening bugs, and deer. The owners have done an awesome job of equipping the house with all of the essentials. It was our perfect home away from home for two weeks while our daughter showed horses at the near by Tryon International Equestrian Center. ”

“Super quiet neighborhood with very private cabins. Super clean with a wrap around gated deck, so the dog could come hang out. Saw deer passing alongside the cabin everyday too!”

“It as peaceful as can be. Even my dog who is very anxious at home, is completely relaxed there. Has everything you need. Additional amenities such as hot tub, fire pit, and indoor and outdoor games although we just go for the solitude. Fonta Flora trail is a short ride at one end of the road. Many other trails to visit and Brown Mountain overlook within half hr to hr scenic drive from cabin. We just love it and will keep going back when we are able. ”
