Quiet Country Flat
This was my first trip to the UK and the flat was quite immaculate. The master bedroom was spacious, comfortable bed, and the entire flat was nicely decorated. There is a library of lots of movies as well as streaming access so even on the rainy day at home you can be well entertained. Though I did not use it there is another bedroom on the lower floor for children as well. Overall the property was great and the owners communicated quite well, even checking in after I checked in to see if there were any issues that needed addressing and privately asking for any input I might have for future rentals. Would stay here again.

Fairfields Annex
We spent a lovely 4 nights here. We were made to feel very welcome by hosts Tess & Charles. Very comfortable accommodation for our family of 5. We really appreciated the range of fun activities for the kids (ages 7-11) to do in the garden...trampoline, table tennis, badminton, 2 tree houses with slides tyres to scramble on and a cute fairy craft den & mud kitchen too! The whole family loved the lay z spa and fire bowl. Set in a lovely rural location only 15min drive to Legoland and 1hr by train into London. Would definitely return. Thanks again 😊

Ideal holiday home for family
The property is ideally located for London, Legoland, etc. it has everything a family of all ages, would need - toys, dvds, Netflix and loads of outside activities including a hot tub. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the welcome gifts were greatly appreciated.

As described in property details; fresh food left for us and coffee/teas, fresh milk. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable; linen/towels fresh and plenty available.

Excellent location, excellent stay, lovely people
This is the 2nd time this year we have stayed here, what a lovely beautiful quiet secluded place. Tess and Charles are the perfect hosts, they can’t do enough for you. There’s plenty of activities to do at the annex and neither us adults or children got bored. The train station wasn’t too far and easy to get the tube. I would definitely recommend staying here, everything about it is perfect. We are looking ri going back again this year

Bank holiday weekend trip
We stayed in this property for 3 nights, and had a really lovely time. It was our daughters 10th birthday and there was so much to do nearby. We went to legoland which is just up the road, the lexicon for some shopping and enjoyed coral reef water park and bowling. It’s great for kids. Tessa gave us some tips about places to go for entertainment, meals and where to park etc . The owners were so friendly and helpful when needed but also left us to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the hot tub and there was lots to do in the garden including badminton. We would definitely stay here if we visit the area again. Thanks very much :)

Great communication from the start, very friendly, accommodating & helpful! Very easy to find, lovely area, perfect annexe stay 😊 plenty of room for us (2 adults,1 teen,1 pre teen!) spacious rooms, everything you need, hugely appreciated the milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, cereals, biscuits & preserves!!! Lovely helpful touch!! 👌🏼 We had a dip in the hot tub on our last night, really nice 😊 Huge garden to enjoy, felt nice and secluded! Annexe has everything you need for a stay in Bracknell, we visited coral reef swimming water world, legoland & Windsor castle, all within a 15-20 minute journey 😊 kitchen & bathroom all equipt with everything you need and more! Loved the filter coffee for the cafetière! I’ll be buying some of that! 😍 beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! Definitely 5 stars from us !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place.
Our stay at the Annex was brilliant. The place clean and tidy on arrival. If anything was required, Tessa the owner would be back in touch immediately. The location is perfect. Nice and rural yet only 10mins from Legoland and Windsor.

Fantastic location
We stayed for a few days in June, for my sons birthday. We couldn’t rate this property highly enough. The property is in a fantastic location for everything we wanted - Legoland, Windsor Castle & Harry Potter Studio Tour. The property has everything you could possibly need for a break away with children. My boys were over the moon with all the toys, games and books. The hot tub was also a big hit once it had warmed up! Our only comment would be that before arrival we were sent property check in information, this said milk and breakfast would be available. We didn’t arrive until late and unfortunately this wasn’t the case. I messaged Tess and within minutes Charles popped over with some Oat milk and apologies. Once explained it came to light that because of COVID restrictions they were unable to supply this anymore. It wasn’t a problem as we were given a list of local shops and pubs, (which we would highly recommend- great food!) we were able to get supplies in the morning from a local shop. Updating information might help in the future but as I say, it really wasn’t a problem and quickly rectified. We would all like to say Thank you for making our break comfortable and stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again if we were in the area. Best wishes Debbie, Jeremy & Boys

Great short break
We enjoyed the wonderful grassy field with its kids play equipment, including a fab inground trampoline. The place had everything for a comfortable long weekend away to get out of the city. Plenty of wonderful pubs/restaurants and farm shops close by. The hosts are wonderful, ensuring you have everything you need while giving you space to enjoy your break.

Great location for Legoland and Windsor
The annexe is great space for a family of four. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed as we self-catered rather than ate out. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. It was a great location for getting to Legoland and Windsor both of which were only a short drive away (about 10 minutes to Legoland and about 20 minutes to Windsor). We spent a day at Legoland, a day in Windsor Great Park (great walk and picnic) and a day at Windsor Castle. All lovely days and it was great to go back to the Annexe at the end of the day to relax, have a family meal and play some board games together. We understand the Castle at Christmas is specially decorated and so may be back for a Christmas break. Thank you to Charles and Tessa for a lovely stay.

Short break from London
We had such a wonderful time at this property - really Clean, so well equipped and totally felt like home Away from Home! The garden is super well equipped for young kids - with small pool, swings, slides, trampoline and all sorts! The hosts are so welcoming and kind, really helpful with local tips and where to go ideas etc! Even helped us light a fire at back of field. We had the best country break after this being the first time Leaving London this year!!

Amazing!
We stayed at this property for about nine days in June. It was a fantastic place, everything was very clean and Tessa was great at communicating and responded every time we had a question. This is a great location if you want to tour London and southern Britain. The main bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. All items you might need in the kitchen were provided. We definitely recommend this property... and hope to visit again !

Homely and comfy
Lovely clean cosy place to stay, bed was comfortable and plenty of room in the bedroom, even with the extra bed put up for our Granddaughter. Welcoming pack of food, just right. Lots of lovely countryside around, although we didn't have a lot of time for bird watching, it was wonderful to see a Barn Owl perched on a fence along the lane on a drive back one evening. We used to live nearby, and were looking for a place to stay when we visit family, so hopefully we will be returning. I can highly recommend Fernygrove Farm Shop and Cafe which is nearby for delicious cake and a variety of lunches, with wonderful countryside views.

Great stay.
Fantastic place. Nice and comfortable and Tessa and Charles really made us feel at home. There was a lovely welcome package of milk, coffee, tea, eggs, bread, butter which was really appreciated. There were plenty of supplies. There were plenty of DVD’s, games and also books and toys for children. They even put up the extra bed for us. Good location also and good parking. Nice well stocked kitchen.

Homely apartment, ideal for couple or small family
We enjoyed a long weekend at this comfortable, well-equiped apartment. It was ideal for us and our two year old as a base for visiting friends and some local attractions such as Savil gardens and Cliveden, which are well worth a visit. Plenty of games, toys, dvds and homely decor made us feel very welcome. The breakfast and other provisions, e.g. salt and pepper, etc are all thoughtful and useful additions. We would definitely consider staying again, especially if we were to visit Legoland. It is a short drive to Windsor.

Great location for a family adventure
A fantastic place to stay for visiting all the sites close by. We had a 5 day stay here for summer. Our boys loved all the outdoor space. The accommodation was clean comfortable and cosy. It provided what we needed for our short stay. We could have stayed longer as there was so much to see and do. Legoland, Windsor, Dintons pasture country park (spot of fishing), Coral Reef water centre, The Look out park. We even travelled to London for the day from Bracknell station. Bracknell itself was lovely too. A nice shopping area and many eateries. We felt very welcome and supported by Tessa and Charles during our stay and would happily stay again.

Convenient location with far better space and facilities than a hotel.
Looking for somewhere self catering near Windsor/Bracknell for Legoland and London without the confines and restriction of a hotel this accommodation looked ideal and we were not disappointed. Space great for a 4 year old to explore in and out (and Lego toy box and equally handy distraction). We felt welcome and supported by Tessa, but equally with our own privacy and space. Accommodation came with everything needed for short (5 day) stay, and included very useful welcome pack of essentials (bread, coffee, eggs, milk, jams etc). Would consider again if doing similar stay in area.

Lovely place
Lovely apartment in a great location. Had everything needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly a very comfy bed! Very quiet but close to lots including a handy Tesco superstore. Would definitely book again. Excellent for Legoland if you plan to go there. Highly recommended property and hosts :)

Comfortable and cozy anex
The anex is very cozy and comfortable, warm and clean. It provides more than the basics and Tessa is kind enough to provide even breakfast. We had a fabulous time and I would definitely book this wonderful anex again.

Cosy and comfy. Perfect base for visit to local attractions.
We received a lovely warm welcome from Tessa and Charles. They were very accommodating and helpful. The annexe was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Lovely view over the gardens and fields. Well laid out kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. Loads of hot water and brilliant water pressure in shower also! This was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Only a few short miles to Legoland. Within easy driving distance of the Warner Bros Harry Potter studio tour. Plenty of local eateries, and a huge Tesco close by. Can't rate this place highly enough really. We were very sad to leave!

Comfortable Property, Excellent Location
Stayed here for two nights in February, the apartment was is a great location, very convenient for local attractions, such as Legoland, Windsor town centre and Saville Gardens. The apartment is comfortable and easily large enough for two/three people. Excellent as a base for exploring the area. Also the communication from the owners was excellent. Would stay here again and would recommend. Oh and the sunset views are amazing!

Nice self contained place, deep in the country

A great place to stay

Excellent overall, stunning location, secluded, tasteful and thoughtful, welcoming
I stayed here for 10 days and found the accommodation and location perfect. I was on business and found the annex comfortable, quiet and had every facility on hand. I could work in the cosy sitting room, watch sky tv and relax. The bed was comfy bed with crisp white linen. I slept well. The quiet location and country views of wildlife such as deer seen from the window were idyllic. I had a car so the handy location to services such as a hyper supermarket, pubs, restaurants and motorways was perfect and I could park off road. I will stay there again.
