Simple stay before a hike
My sons and I made a long trip and needed lodging before we headed out on a hiking adventure. The owner was very helpful with some local sights. This was a beautiful stay and just the simple necessities we needed.

Wonderful
Wonderful quaint cabin in some beautiful country. My second year staying here with my son for my antelope hunt. Host are amazing and am glad to call them my friends. We will be coming back!

Quiet retreat
Cute cabin with gorgeous views! Owners very nice and inviting. Would have liked a bathroom in our cabin but it was close by. Would certainly stay here again.

Lee and Cathy were delightful hosts. They were very gracious and accommodating .
The property is beautiful and the cabin quaint. The hosts were gracious in allowing our puppy to roam the grounds. Take a right out of their drive way, travel the dirt road about 15 minutes to the Big Horns, and you will view dramatic mountains that will rival any at the most famous National Parks.

Clean, quiet and out in the country.
A simple and clean space which was perfect to come back to at the end of the day! I will definitely consider staying here again when I make it back to this area.

Tranquil place to stay
Cabin on a ranch at the foot of the Bighorn Mtns and 10 miles from Buffalo and all its sights and trails. Great place in a peaceful setting.

Great Location!
This cozy cabin is a short distance outside Buffalo, and had a great view of the Big Horns. The location was convenient for accessing hiking, scenic drives and public land for fishing/hunting. We brought our own camp stove and utensils for cooking which worked out well. But there is a grill, microwave, and hot plate which was convenient.

A great stay
A simple cabin, just as advertised. It is surrounded by horse corrals and the ranch yard. The bathroom is across the yard. It worked great for us and the owners are very congenial. We would happily return.

Lovely location, great folks.
Rented the cabin while attending an equestrian event nearby. Great, comfy little cabin, lovely location. Nice pen for the horses. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice spot away from it all.

Like family
We go out to WY 1-2x a year. We elect to stay in the same place ( which is against my grain since I have the " Lewis and Clark gene, lol) because the owners have become friends are are like family with us.

Get Away From It All!
The listing said it was for up to 2 people. We asked if there was any way to add an air mattress in there for our 2 teen daughters and that was no problem. They were so accommodating, extremely pleasant, made sure we had everything we needed, explained everything we had questions about, and even told us to take our time in the morning - no need to rush out. They were available if needed (the cabin is near their home) but kept to themselves so we could enjoy the peace and serenity of it all!! It feels like you are quite literally in the middle of nowhere but Buffalo is less than 20 miles away. The cabin is perfect: small but pristine, clean, so cute and cozy and relaxing! The views here are just gorgeous no matter where you look! I sat out on the porch for well over an hour in the morning just taking it all in, including saying good morning to the horses and super friendly cat. It was our kind of paradise in every way. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful cabin for a get away.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. The cabin was clean and neat and exactly how it is described and pictured. The bathroom/shower was in another building, but still separate from the main house. The owners were quick to provide items I had forgotten (corkscrew for the wine bottle and other such things). They provided a grill for cooking as well. The view is wide open and beautiful. The pronghorn and deer would wander through the fields nearby. We went on several hikes - Crazy Woman Canyon, Circle Park, Outlaw Caves and over to Ten Sleep and Shell Canyon. Buffalo was a cute town with anything that someone would need. There was so much to do, but my favorite part was sitting on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset over the mountains. I recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to get away from the city noise/routine. I am not one for fancy hotels so this was right up my alley. Leave your laptop at home, but if you need it take it into The Fix (coffee shop in Buffalo) and work there~

Great hidden gem for the money!
The cabin is new and smells like fresh wood. Based within 7 miles of beautiful Crazy Woman Canyon and 10 miles of historic Buffalo. Comes with a dorm fridge and a drainage sink - no running water in cabin, but water cooler is provided. Coffee pot included, too. Cabin is on a ranchette with several cows, horses, friendly dog, and a cat. Cows were noisy due to recent separating, but that usually won't be a problem. Can see antelope off the deck each morning and night. Also one of the most beautiful views of eastern slope of the bighorn mtns. Owner is very friendly and helpful and even bought us drink at the Thursday night western jam at the historic Occidental hotel - a must see, and bring your instrument if you play. Outlaw cave, tensleep canyon, medicine wheel, and fly fishing (tie hack campground and clear creek, West of town) are also recommended day trips. Overall, this cabin is a great inexpensive way to take in some western history and beautiful mountain settings. The pictures don't do this place justice. Very pleasantly surprised!
