Wonderful historic hotel; however, it can be a bit noisy from the metro outside, especially with the heat and windows open (no AC/fans provided). The receptionist helped us download the free city transportation pass we used to get to the Paul Klee Museum. A must see!! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast service was exceptional.

Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!! Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone! Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊

"Great breakfast. Dinner expensive. The hotel has been undergoing renovations since 2024 and there is still a fair bit to do. Because of scaffolding a lot of the balconies and windows are locked shut. There is no air conditioning. Luckily we changed to a room that had opening windows and balcony. ..."
