I reserved several rooms for a group of us. I used both the hotel's email address and the Contact Us option on their website to manage some of the details, they never responded. Since calling Spain is costly from the US I had to have one of my group that is in Europe call the hotel to get them to respond. Bad service.
The woman that appears to lead the reception desk always unfriendly.
