Beach trip
Travelled from Ohio for a beach get way. A nice cozy place to stay. Close to beach, boardwalk, and food. Communication with the host was excellent.

We had such a lovely time at their property. Everything is extremely walkable, they are SO close to the beach! The property and room was extremely clean. The room was stocked with all essential items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It rained our second night there and while we were bummed, we ordered take out and we’re able to eat in their covered porch area as well. 10/10 Already missing it and bummed we didn’t plan a longer stay!

Fantastic!!!
Cute little place with everything we needed and good location within a short walk to the boarwalk and restaurants. The pool is awesome. The best part were the owners Bobby and Diane . They were the best had all kinds of suggestions for food and places to see and we spent one night having a few drinks with them on the patio. Bobby has the best stories. Will definitely stay again.

Great Get-Away Spot for Couple's Retreat: Artsy, Fun, Conveniently Located
I loved all the artsy details of the space, the decor is fun with a hint of humor. Some of the signs had me cracking up. My favorite was the patio and garden, and the privacy of the enclosed porch and private pool. The hosts were really nice and we enjoyed chatting with them, but they totally gave us plenty of privacy and space. The beach, food, and drink option are in walking distance. I will say they were totally right about driving out to the beach at Fort Fisher, since the near by beach was way more crowded then we prefer, and the public access at Fisher was much better. I appreciated the recommendation. The space was clean and well equipped in the kitchen, and stocked with towels & linens. The bed slept great, and there is a fan already if you are a person who requires a fan to sleep like me. If there was a con at all it was the dvd player smart device for the TV, it worked, but we struggled with it. Also we forgot our blue tooth speaker for music and there is nothing like that to use in the space. They were kind enough to help us get some tunes by the pool and we used you tube on the tv for music. So don't forget your blue tooth speaker if you prefer tunes, and maybe your own firestick if you are particular about tv. If you are much more then 6' tall the bathroom ceiling could too low for you, it's just a little over 6' in there. It didn't bother us, but it's something to consider if you or your spouse is especially tall. We will absolutely be back! Loved it!

First floor suite close to the beach!
Only a few blocks from the beach and the owners couldn't be more welcoming. We loved the location and the place. Perfect for 2 adults.

It’s a perfect location. Close to the boardwalk and the beach. The house is super cute and so is the pool area. Home owners are cool and very welcoming. Highly suggest!

Perfect a little get away
This is a cute little cottage close enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was nice having our own pool to chill in even though we didn't have much time for it. Enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Home Away From Home
Bobby & Diane were the perfect host. They checked with us daily for our needs, gave insight for restaurants, shops & activities in the area. This cozy house has a fabulous pool & the beach is only a 10 minute walk. There are many great restaurants within walking distance which saves the headache of manuveuring through hectic traffic. My daughter & I had the most wonderful trip & will definitely be back next summer!

My kind of place
What a vibrant, tiki, beach vibe little place. We enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch every morning, the quiet neighborhood, and the 5 min bike ride to the beach. We parked our car and rode our bikes every where. The owners are fun, sweet and new friends. Inside is small and colorful, it provided everything we needed. Made for a fun vacation to CB. Oh the pool is wonderful for windy days at the beach! I highly recommend renting Tony's chairs and umbrellas for the week, they set them up for you on the beach, for even more of a hassle free trip.

Great place
Had a wonderful week. A little disappointed that the hosts weren't there and were out of town. Was hoping to meet them since they are well reviewed. Oh well. Still had a great time . Nice and clean rental. Very private.

Great getaway at the beach
Small, clean property, very convenient to Fort Fisher, Carolina State Park and the public beach. Walkable, easy driving with typical beach traffic. I appreciated the well appointed basics: towels, sheets, kitchen appliances. Everything worked well and parking was easy and free. Diane communicated regularly and was available quickly if I'd needed anything.

Great place with a pool
Great location, and a quiet getaway from the busy boardwalk strip. We spent most of our time at Kure Beach, which was mellower. The hosts are very kind, sociable, and provide a good rec list for the area. The pool was an amazing respite from the heat, the water temperature was perfect!

So pleasant
We came down from Chapel Hill for a quick day at the beach. The place is cool and clean. Not much natural light - but plenty of pleasant places to sit outside. The pool is delightful and shaded by trees. We could have walked to the beach but were feeling lazy and drove. Bobby and Diane are perfect hosts: friendly but restrained. Enjoyed chatting.

Nice one bedroom
We had a lovely time in this small one bedroom(they are hard to find). The owners were live upstairs and were very attentive. I loved how colorfully the place was decorated. Not the usual shells everywhere. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom quiet at night. Above ground pool nice addition. One thing worth mentioning is that there is a one foot step to get into the bathroom. Didn't bother us but mentioning for those with mobility issues. I definitely recommend.

I want to move in forever
I could not have found a better place for my 4 month stay in Wilmington! The apartment is under the house of the renters, and they are such wonderful people! They were kind enough to share some of their delicious cooking with me, and they were very patient with my crazy pup. I wish I didn't have to leave them! The place was perfect for 1 to 2 people size-wise, high speed internet, comfy couch, the bedroom stays pretty dark which I absolutely adored. It's a less than 10 minute walk to the beach itself, and I definitely want to come back in the summer to take advantage of the saltwater pool! I cannot recommend a place more than this one. Book ASAP before someone else does!

Colorful-artistic apartment in Carolina Beach
Diane’s apartment was very clean and very welcoming with her choice of colors and unique art work. There were many nice restaurants nearby. The information Diane provided us about the area was spot on! Should we return to Carolina Beach Diane’s apartment would be our first choice for accommodations.

Great little apartment that’s in the middle of everything. 4 blocks from the middle of the beach. Diane and Bobby are great hosts. Extremely easy check in and their pool is great. Will definitely return to stay here again. Highly recommend!!
