I stayed here with my partner for a friends wedding and it was extremely comfortable. At the time I went the city was having issues with water, no water in many restaurants and other hotels; Casa Cordoba always had water with great water pressure and temperature. The bed was extremely comfortable I only had a good nights sleep. Staff were amazing and kind, breakfast that was included was delicious. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owners husband and had a pleasant conversation with him. Overall place was very tranquil even familiar to me. I felt right at home :) . Thank you Casa Cordoba for a pleasant experience.

El hotel es precioso. Toda la remodelación y decoración están hechos de acuerdo a la época colonial. El servicio del personal es excelente. La ubicación es perfecta. Nos encantó estar hospedados en este hermoso hotel. Estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa. Usamos muchas veces la piscina en la terraza del hotel con unas vistas preciosas en la que se destaca el resplandor de la Catedral. Les recomiendo este hotel. Son 7 habitaciones, perfecto para una familia o alquilar habitaciones separadamente. Una amiga que alquilo toda la casa para una boda me lo recomendó. No hubiéramos podido conseguir otro como este. Excelente

la casa es linda, la habitacion que es la numera 7 en el primer piso no tiene ventanas exteriores ni iluminacion natural, el baño no tiene ventilación, pero tenia un precio reducido, asi que esta bien, el desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable, la cama y el baño en general comodos, esta bien por una noche, verificar el tipo de habitación, porque tienen otras mas bonitas y la piscina hermosa pequeña, pero con una bella vista

Nuestro hotel cuenta con dos habitaciones clásicas y ambas estan ubicadas en la planta baja de la casa. Aunque no tienen la misma decoración de las otras son iguales de lindas y bien decoradas. Would stay again!!
Amazing library and very clean room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Was is a convenient and busy location but hotel was very soundproof, quiet night sleep.

En términos generales, fue una buena estadía. Es una bella casa muy bien ubicada en el centro histórico. Lastimosamente el personal a cargo muy poco conoce de servicio al cliente.

Excelente ubicación, como estar en la Colonia.
Excelente ubicación, piscina con excelente vista de la ciudad amurallada. Uno se siente transportado a la época de la Colonia. El único punto bajo es el servicio de desayuno, muy básico, limitado y poco variado. Eso definitivamente debe ser mejorado.

ANACLARA, ARGENTINA

UNA PENA
El motivo del título es porque realmente es una pena que una casa tan hermosa, tan bien mantenida no esté atendida por gente mas eficiente. No es más que un poco de organización y sentido común lo que le falta a este hotel. Digo ineficiencia porque la gente es por demás amable pero para administrar un hotel se necesita más que eso. En nuestro caso contratamos el Hotel por Expedia y el primer problema fue que nos hicieron la reserva del 50% dos veces, si bien nos ofrecieron devolver el 50% de más decidimos dejarlo pasar y pagar por adelantado. Ya estando en el hotel los dos primeros días fueron excelentes, pero en el tercer día nos inhabilitaron la pileta para hacer un arreglo que no tenía apuro porque no era indispensable para el funcionamiento ni para la seguridad. Primero el arreglo iba a estar listo para el medio día, luego en la tarde, luego al otro día al mediodía del día siguiente luego en la tarde. En definitiva nos alojamos cuatro días (especialmente por la pileta porque en Cartagena hace mucho calor) y dos de ellos la pileta estuvo deshabilitada. Cuando reclamamos apuraron los trabajos a las 14 hs. del último día. Ese último día se cortó la luz en la ciudad amurallada y cuando oscureció no prendieron ni una vela, se nos hizo de noche en la habitación que estaba en un tercer piso y no fueron capaces de poner velas en las escaleras ni alcanzarnos alguna a la habitación. Más tarde cuando volvimos de cenar nos esperaban con dos velas y un encendedor, parecía un chiste!

Excelente comunicación con el Hotel. La atención del hotel personalizada. El estilo del hotel conserva la esencia de ser colonial. Al hacer el check in me explicaron todo claramente, de una manera amable y atenta. Todo el personal es educado y servicial. La habitacion es pequeña pero tiene un balcon y el baño es grande. Tiene todas las amenidades, aire acondicionado y un mini bar donde puedes comprar bebidas. La piscina en el roof está bonita y tiene un area techada para disfrutar. La biblioteca es un área increible con obras de arte y pinturas. El desayuno varía todos los dias, es de dos opciones y es muy delicioso. Se puede hacer check out tarde sujeto a disponibilidad y con un costo extra que me pareció buen precio. Para el tiempo de mi estancia tenían un portero llamado Goyo (o algo asi) que me pareció la mejor recepción que he tenido en mis viajes, es un gato blanco con manchas amarillas que maulla cuando llegas, excelente servicio para Goyo le dejo mis 5 estrellas

I like this property and I met the owner very humble and friendly man. Breakfast and coffee were good. Its made to order no buffet with cheap options. Rooms are clean and quiet on my side. Rooftop with pool is very relaxing . I gave 5 stars but just a couple things no towels in my friend's room or my room when we went to take a shower. I guess they forgot . Also I did get a recommendation from the one of the ladies at the reception area for a guy who does tours to the beach. and other places . I decided to take trip to the beach the last day before I left and it was very disorganized frustrating trip and no one spoke English. I tried to converse with the guy William which I was told by reception he spoke English but he did not answer, the phone,he just wanted to text which was concerning. Anyway I do not suggest using this guy to organize any trips. Otherwise my stay for 3 days was nice.

Only stayed one night at the end of our trip but was very impressed. Incredible architecture, friendly staff and a very nice room. The bathroom was especially nice. Spacious with great tile work. Also the onsite library is must see.

Beautiful property
Beautiful old home restored with amazing furniture in common rooms. Nice small rooftop pool for sunset. Service a bit slow. We had a nice big room with King bed.

The staff was so polite and organized a car to pick me up at the airport for a very reasonable price. They even let me extend my checkout at no extra charge!

I liked the ambience of a colonial period style of the building, the furnishings which evoked the era., etc. The staff was very responsive and helpful. What I abhorred was the high decibel noise of a wedding celebration next door on a Saturday late into the night, it gave me a headache, I couldn’t sleep, the staff let me move to another room for the night where the noise was negligible so I could sleep. The hotel staff had no authority to do anything about it legally because it was not their property.

Property is extremely charming love the colonial style. Beautiful details. I enjoyed exploring the library. The staff was excellent. The room was small but that was ok. We did have problems with the hot water as it was too hot & had trouble regulating it at the shower. For the cost of the room the hotel should offer a few more aminities such as body cream, blow dryers n possibly slippers. Breakfast included was satisfying. We had a lovely time.

This property was in the heart of Wall City. The bedrooms were outdated and the air condition hardly worked. For the money I paid we should at least have a comfortable sleeping environment. The staff was helpful and very nice however didnt solve the a/c issues. The breakfast was delicioius and overall service excellent minus the AC

It’s super centrally located, in walking distance to every important site. This boutique hotel is so beautiful, it feels like living in the colonial times. I loved the library on the second floor, and its balconies.

So much to like about Casa Cordoba Estrella. Staff was amazing the entire stay. Morning breakfast is made to order with incredible fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs and more. The location seemed to be less than a five minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was very large and air conditioning worked great. Staff made sure that our morning transportation to the airport (4:30 am) was on time. Would stay here again for sure.

One of the most unique, charming hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The structure and design of the hotel was beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable (and had AC), the staff was friendly and attentive, the pool was a bit small, but clean and refreshing, and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was on a slightly quieter street in the middle of the old town, which was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, excellent service. Rooms are very spacious, the washroom is huge and its floor tiles resemble colonial times. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only sad part is saying goodbye and coming back to the arctic cold.
