Friends getaway
We loved the apartment, it is great that there are three bedrooms, two ensuite and a family bathroom so nobody had to share. We came out to celebrate my husband's birthday with another two couples and the apartment is ideally located near the shops, bars and restaurants. I'd highly recommend this apartment and the owner Neil was fantastic to deal with, quick to respond to any questions or queries and even sent a message to check we'd arrived safely which was a lovely touch.

Excellent apartment
My kids and I had a lovely week over the Easter break. The apartment has everything you need: it’s very clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was great as outdoor pools on April are a little too cold to enjoy. The communication with the owner and local agent is very easy and all queries are swiftly resolved.

Central location
The property itself was excellent . All rooms a good size. Nice to have 2 of the bedrooms with ensuite. 3rd bathroom had big walk in shower Kitchen was fine but a few more utensils would be good and more than 2 t towels. I feel sure at one time there were more teaspoons but only 3 Plenty plates . A few wee bowls for nuts. If we'd been there for more than a week we'd have bought them. Property very handy for walking to Belaluz and down to the shops and restaurants close to the garage. Good roof terrace with fabulous views I didn't like the spiral staircase to the roof or the number of stairs up to apartment but I knew about that beforehand. The others were fine. We enjoyed our stay and weather was lovely

Une très belle expérience
Grand idéalement situé, offrant toutes les commodités dont on puisse rêver pour un séjour relaxant. Belles piscines, accès à de nombreuses activités sportives, randonnées en pleine nature possibles en partant directement de l’appartement. L’appartement est grand, de plein pied, avec de belles terrasses bien exposées. Le propriétaire est charmant et l’accueil sur place on ne peut plus facile. C’est notre deuxième location et nous reviendrons certainement.

Situation idéale et larges services
Très bel appartement, idéalement situé dans le domaine de la manga club. Un des rares logements du domaine à avoir une exposition au soleil orientée sud avec un ensoleillement en fin d’après-midi. Pour une location hors saison, la piscine chauffée intérieure permet de profiter des journées un peu moins ensoleillées. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et soucieux du séjour des locataires. Arrivée possible à toute heure grâce à un boîtier à clé sécurisé. Bref un séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement.

A wonderful centrally located villa in the heartr of la manga club
We have been coming to La Manga Club for over 30 years and this was our first trip staying in Los Olivos. A very spacious well proportioned villa. Large lounge, comfy beds and plenty space for us all. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace each night playing cards and eating tapas. We could walk to bellaluz Square with in 2 minutes and the supermarket within 5 so you don't need a car.

Just returned from a fabulous week with our older teenage sons and girlfriends. The apartment is in a fabulous location on the club, beautifully presented and spacious with three lovely bathrooms. The hosts responded promptly to enquiries and couldn’t be easier to deal with. Highly recommend this fabulous apartment and hope to visit again soon.

Excellent value apartment with spectacular views
The apartment is in very central location and within walking distance to all La Manga Club has to offer. Was good size for our family of 4 adults and 2 under 8's with its 3 bathrooms. We loved the nearby pools especially the top pool which is more private and perfect for kids. Spectacular views from the main balcony and roof terrace although you'll need a head for heights to reach the latter via the spiral staircase! We have been coming to La Manga Club for 20 years and would book this apartment again.

Very Good large apartment
We have recently returned from Los Olivos. Lovely apartment, quality furnishing with good size balconies and roof terrace. The pool areas are well equipped and very peaceful. Very spacious Neil and Sara very helpful. Excellent location with good restaurants within walking distance. We shall be back. Jeff & Kathy 13th May 2022

Great Holiday
Very nice, clean apartment in a quiet part of Los Olivos. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked well for us and good sized main balcony allowed us to eat most meals outside. Owner Neil and his property manager were easily contactable if we needed them, but we had no issues during our relaxing 2 week stay.

Fijn appartement op fijne locatie
Heerlijk appartement, conform online beschrijving, van alle gemakken voorzien en dicht bij alle voorzieningen. Prettig email contact met de eigenaar (in het Engels) en agentschap ter plaatste was goed bereikbaar bij vragen over sleutel en later over de boiler. Duidelijk waren ook de vooraf toegezonden e-mails met boekingsbevestiging/instructies en de toeristische informatie.

Excellent Location
Excellent central location. Close to Bellaluz Square and close to Shops, Bars and Restaurants in the Village. Pool facilities really good with choice of inside and outside pools. Very spacious apartment, perfect for families. Good value for money.

Fab trip
Stayed at the apartment for a week for my dads birthday! Location is amazing everything within a 5 minute walk! Property is extremely spacious and very well kept! Roof terrace is a lovely touch! Pool area and grounds also lovely spent a few days relaxing at the pool! Had a few conversations with owner before coming out always more than helpful! My sister lives on la manga club and we will defo use this property again when we come to visit her! Thanks for a lovely stay xxxx

This 2nd floor apartment has lovely views and receives the sun all day, which is definitely a plus in the colder months, from October onwards, when it can be cold sitting on shaded balconies. It is also close to the cafes and shops in Bellaluz. The electrical equipment in the kitchen was good, however, little things, such as salad bowls were missing. The furnishings, whilst clean, were very basic and not particularly welcoming. There was only one bedside lamp for 3 x bedrooms. The sheets were too small to stay tucked in - in the mornings we found ourselves sleeping on a bare mattresses with no mattress protectors on them! The white towels supplied were grey. There were extra pillows in the cupboards but no pillowslips. The second bathroom had nowhere to hang towels: the seemingly broken hooks on the back of the door, mentioned in a previous review, had not been replaced. We arrived in the early hours of the morning with a 5 year old child. There was no welcome pack, which usually provides the basics of tea/coffee, milk, bread and jam etc. for tired travellers. Neither were we provided with a key to the indoor pool. When we asked for this we were told the previous occupants had taken it with them! We replied that this was not our problem - a key was then quickly supplied. At the same time as we received the pool key we pointed out that the large sun canopy on the main balcony was broken. We did not manage to report other damage/maintenance problems in the apartment, the main ones being locks on doors to balconies and windows that did not lock (we had a 5 year old with us as notified when booking, as wsd our late flight arrival, ref: No welcome pack and departure times) and some of the window shutters. We tried but every time we went past the management company's office, which stated open 9 am - 5 pm, it was closed and our holiday was short. Whilst we appreciate this is a holiday apartment and does not need to be cluttered, little, welcoming extras and good maintenance make a huge difference. In particular working locks on windows and doors and working shutters when young children are around are a necessity.

Thank you for your review of our apartment. I am sorry that you encountered some difficulties during your stay. In answer to your questions... - All our windows and doors are lockable. As the apartment is vacant for several months of the year and we have small children, security is of high important to us. - The furnishings within the apartment are of high standard and are as advertised in the pictures. I am sorry they were not to your taste. - There are shallow, soup and breakfast bowls in the kitchen. I am sorry one of those options did not meet your requirements. - All the bathroom doors have hooks to hang towels plus we provide a clothes airer for additional wet laundry. - We never stated a welcome pack was given. Had this been requested, we could have made provisions for you. - Whilst you found it difficult to contact the management agent, our information document which we provide at the time of booking provides both a landline and mobile number to call should you encounter any problems. The management agent would have been able to replace sheets / towels, etc had you called them. - We were not notified of the broken awning until after your stay as such, had no idea that it needed fixing. We have passed on your detailed feedback to our management agents and thank you once more for booking.

Great apartment in a fab location!
This is a fabulous, spacious apartment in a really good location within La Manga Club resort. The owner Sara was really helpful with all the directions and details. La Manga club resort although very established is still very well maintained and the two pools that we had access to were great. Bellaluz square is a short walk away with several restaurants and shops. A trip to the La Manga club beach is a must as well as local beaches especially at the Nature Reserve of Calblanque and Cabo De Palos. If you are going to Calblanque, there are no restaurants or shade so take a brolly and a picnic and plenty of water, there are portaloo's available there though! The only small criticism of the apartment is that all the hooks to hang your bathroom towels are broken and so were the attachments for the shower heads. We just hung our towels over the doors and managed to wedge the shower but I would say these do need mending. A beautiful part of Spain and we would visit again!

Regarding the issues you mentioned in the apartment: had you contacted either us, as owners, or La Manga Getaways, the agents, as soon as they were noted, they would have been rectified straight away.
