The staff are excellent. We had an issue in the room and the front desk girl immediately took care of the issue. The restaurant is directly in front of the hotel so you can walk from the hotel to the restaurant. The bed was not as comfy as other chains. But it's good for a 1 night stay. The local restaurant down the road was great service and food!

Jerry is an exceptional host, made me and my gf feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better location at Seneca Rocks to see Blackwater falls state park, Spruce Knob, smoke hole caverns and Triangle Rock. Theirs 2 restaurants and small essentials store next to the property walking distance too. So perfect, appreciate you Jerry!
