“Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great. The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own……

“Everything was dirty the shower had hair all over it and it’s Keys to get in the rooms THEY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF MY ROOM I BOOKED MULTIPLE TIMES and after I text and call there is no response it smell in the basement and you have to pay 200 before you can get the code sent you NO they will not give it back they tell you they will but I have yet to get anything and no air pushes out of those air conditioners it be hot asl”

“Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.”

“This property was clearly designed to look good in photos, and the building is a neat concept, but I promise you don't want to stay here. Upon entering the building, you ascend a staircase that smells bad, looks dirty, and has all the cleaning supplies and equipment strewn about at the landings. The walls were paper……

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“After traveling 26 hours here we checked in at 3am and came to a unit that was not cleaned from previous use. Bed sheets were used. Hair on the beds. Used towels on the floor and restrooms. Wouldn’t come here again”

“I booked last minute and the property is a 3 min walk from my daughters apartment so I got lucky! Perfect location. I only stayed one night so this was a little larger then I really needed however, this will be my go to when I visit my daughter. The apartment was huge! I was shocked to see the outdoor enclosed patio that I did not think was included in unit 2. I love how thoughtful they are with ear plugs on the nightstand and I used the ambient noise machine. The accommodations' were……
