We stayed two nights for our anniversary. , We booked through Expedia and paid through the Expedia app, but when we were checking in to the hotel, they tried to charge us again not knowing that we already paid. I figured our reservation would have already said that we had paid. The room was awesome in the area was Clean. The staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness as well as aesthetics is at the top of my list and I was pleased with both. The customer service from the entire staff was excellent. I have to mention Sharon because she was friendly and engaging. Sharon made us feel like we were at our second home. We will stay there every time we visit.

It was good but in room 305 across from us there was some very loud and strange noises that kept me up but other than that it was a nice stay.

Nice got good breakfast and decent rooms. Only problem we had while staying our air unit was leaking lots of water and in the bedroom the floor was soaked and the unit was very loud made it difficult to sleep through the night

The staff was friendly; nice room with everything you needed, including spacious refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles at check-in and the lobby breakfast was wonderful, with many choices. Woukd highly recommend!

Great hotel- location and stay
Gavin at the front desk upon check in was friendly and very knowledgeable. He help with locql eateries and on the traffic pattern do to construction. The hotel was close to Harper's Ferry historical area which was convenient as wellnas the Charles Town Racetrack and Casino. The breakfast selectione was great as well.
