The Godfrey was in the perfect location in River North. Convenient to shopping and walking distance to everything downtown.

The check in wasn’t very pleasant, didn’t feel very welcomed by the employee. However, once a different employee helped us later that night and at check out he was great.

This location is literally prime, we honestly didn’t need a car and the hotel is beautiful. Loved the rooftop, room was spacious and the views were amazing! Would definitely stay again

Despite offering clean and spacious rooms suitable for families during our four-night stay, the lack of breakfast, room service, and complimentary parking was inconvenient. Furthermore, the additional $50 per day for parking was way too expensive. The hotel's location was excellent, but the overly soft mattresses impacted our comfort during our stay.

Room smell like someone is smoking in there. I asked the receptionist if i could change the room. They said they would call me back after 3pm and let me know when the next room was available but they didnt call me at all. Very disappointed

Staff is super nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room had everything you needed except a microwave. Highly recommend this place, However this place does not have an area downstairs where you can buy water, Tylenol, snacks etc.

The hotel is nice if you’re a local and want a quick get away. The service upon check in wasn’t that friendly. It took forever for your request to come through. The room was nice, decent size. But very small for a suite.
