Very clean property. A lot of amenities , great activities for the Christmas holiday . Staff was all very friendly .We’ve visited Canada many times before and was always impressed with the food . The food at the hotel restaurant was not so great , was expecting alot more and actually got 2nd after Christmas dinner . Also , we were never told until our day of departure that breakfast buffet was included each morning with our reservation so we paid for ala carte the 1st morning and ate out the 2nd morning and was just informed by the waitress on the 3rd morning that breakfast buffet was actually included and when we brought it up to the agent at check out she didn’t do anything and just repeated that “oh yes breakfast buffet was included” but that doesn’t do me any good at check out , would have be nice to know at CHECK IN.
