When we arrived to check in there were two other parties who were distraught and had been waiting for check in instructions. Emails said to contact them via WhatsApp but no WhatsApp number was given. Once we called one number and were given the correct WhatsApp number they were slow to respond. Once check in information was given the door to my floor was broken and I couldn’t access. Cleaning staff tried to help. The rooms are fine for the cost and the spaces were clean. When we requested more toilet paper in the shared bathroom it took them a full day and all 3 bathrooms on two floors were without toilet paper for that time. My friend messaged them about this multiple times and they began simply ignoring him. A neighbor was locked out of her room at 5am crying in the hall because her door code was not working and she had to get to the airport. Again, the biggest problem with this place is the lack of staff. They’re making a lot of money I’m sure by having no staff. Cleaning staff were great though and I’m sure they’re doing more than they are paid for.
