“Great location. Easy shopping and good restaurants nearby. Property is small but cozy and tenants are quiet and polite. Pool was a nice plus. Would stay again.”

“It’s a comfortable space, more like a one-bedroom apartment, and it feels like home. Separate bed room from an open kitchen and living room making it comfortable to wind down. Not necessarily in bed!”

“Very cute and nice place to stay in Franklin. We enjoyed the scenery. Bed was very comfortable and cottage was clean and quiet. We stayed just for a couple days while checking out surrounding areas that we liked to see. Love loved this area. ”

“Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well. The couch was more comfortable than the pullout mattress and the unit could use more conveniently placed power sources - things we……

“Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. ”

“This was a great place to stay. The condo was cute. It was the perfect location. The bed was super comfortable. We loved having filtered water waiting for us in the refrigerater. It was was about a 10 min drive to Broadway which was super convenient. All in all it was super easy to get to and have access too.The only 2 complaints are 1 the wifi did not work and the shower had zero pressure.”

“Recently stayed at this property for a couples trip. Perfect spot for 2 couples as each have their own room and full bathroom. Great location off strip, cheap uber to broadway. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Vanderbilt and music row. Unit had all the amenities you need. Check in was easy, and host communicated with us throughout our stay. Gladly stay here again. ”

“Comfortable property exactly as pictured, very short walk to nice Hillsboro street, walking distance to Vanderbilt Graduation day, nice property manager who allowed us to check in early. Beds very comfortable (even the Murphy bad) and excellent showers. ”
