"Nice little spot to stay. A short Uber ride to downtown. Good Mexican food around the street. Apartment Had everything, and the sound machine came in handy, forgot mine at home so was very happy to have one there! It had everything and was perfect for the weekend. My only complaint was the code was wrong, then I had to search for a number to call. It wasn’t to easy to find, but once I called they reset it with me on the phone and they were very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed here for our son's graduation from Belmont. Great location from the school and nice area for dinner. Our unit was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Scarlett was fantastic with any questions. We highly recommend!!"

"This property is located in a safe neighborhood. Our dogs were comfortable, and the apartment was soooooo well furnished with everything we needed. Everything is labeled, and communication was amazing! We hope to be back! Thank you !!!!"

"We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this company again and use again. Thank you for making our stay easy."

"Perfect for our needs. We were in Nashville to attend a family wedding, and this property was close to all of the event venues, as well as downtown. Our two vehicles didn't fit into the small 2-car garage, but there was an additional space adjacent to the unit."

"We came down for the Morgan Wallen Concert and to experience Broadway!! This was the perfect place to stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. It was nice 2 full baths and 2 rooms perfect for us we had another couple stay with us so we each had our own bathroom and shower. Not far from Broadway just a 10 minute Uber ride if there was traffic it was 20minutes. The balcony were enjoyed our morning coffee. It was relaxing and quiet neighborhood.checkin was easy instructions were provided....

"The overall stay was good. The issues were the following. The ad says the property was a condo when in fact the building had a sign saying it was apartments. This building was frequented by “weekend” inhabitants that made a lot of noise from 2-3 am in the morning. While I understand that can happen, I’d warn adults with kids to be aware of the late night noise before booking here. The supplies (toilet paper, paper towels), were few and we almost had to buy our own. Overall the place was clean...

"Property was perfect! Close to downtown Nashville. Property was spacious and clean with an amazing kitchen. We had 9 adults and one toddler so everyone had a bedroom. Loved having a garage to park in also. 1st floor bedroom was a little cold but other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!"
