"Room stunk. I could see out under the room door. There was a huge gap. I could literally put my hand through it. The wifi barely worked. Blankets had burn holes in them. Sheets and towels were stained. Also the tub had a huge crack in the floor. I asked to switched rooms. They gave me a key to another ..."
