Buena y espaciosa habitación para familia de 3
Íbamos al mercado de Navidad de Colonia . Muy cerca del transporte y cómodo para llegar . A lo mejor sería bueno que en la cama grande pusieran un edredón grande y no dos chicos .... necesita un cambio de toallas más nuevas . En general un buen lugar para llegar

Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, jedoch hätten wir es besser gefunden frische Brötchen zu bekommen ( waren aufgebackene Brötchen) für 12.90 € pro Person. Zimmer ist etwas ins alter gekommen und könnte liebevoller eingerichtet werden. Parkplatz für 10€, würden 5 € auch reichen. Aber allem in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Leider war das Zimmer und die Toilette sehr schmutig Es war Schimmel im Bad und es roch sehr unangenehm in der gesamten Unterkunft moederich ist

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.Die Silikonfuge die leichte Verfärbung ausweist lassen wir sofort erneuern.Den Unangenehmen Geruch können wir nicht bestätigen, werden dies allerdings im Auge halten.Rezeption

Not a bad place however windows are thin and its very noisy. My room was not like in the pictures or advertisement i had not kitchenette. We checked in very late so please be aware that there was a surcharge here. 10 euro for every hour after midnight. I would also say hotel was poor at getting back to me as i wrote them and email saying i was checking in late and would this be a problem i got no response. So had to call them in the end. But the room itself was ok. It was in a great location for the town centre.

Tolles Hotel
Tolles Zimmer gewesen mit kleinem Balkon. Durch die Zentrale Lage hat man so viele möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder abends ne Stadt runde zu drehen. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es gerade einmal 11 Minuten langsamer Fußmarsch. War ein toller Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft hat nicht den Bildern entsprochen. Extrem eng, Schimmel im Bad, Einrichtung lieblos, Fenster in Hinterhof mit lauten Toilettengeräuschen, Betten durchgelegen, Waschbecken so klein, das es schier unmöglich war, sich das Gesicht zu waschen ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen.. Rezeption 500m Fussmarsch durch halb Brühl entfernt.. Als Hotel ein Totalversager. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Da habe ich Ihnen schon mitgeteilt. dass Sie zur Rezeption kommen könnten und wir hätten Ihr Problem gelöst. Das haben Sie nicht getan, sondern nach Abreise die nächste Bewertung geschrieben. In Ihrer ersten Bewertung war von Schimmel keine Rede. Aber wir werden diesem nachgehen.Dass wir ein Gästehaus sind und unsere Zimmer fußläufig erreichbar sind, steht überall. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!

Nice but we expected more
The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. There was no key for the bathroom, which is accessible from either two separate rooms, thus we had to make rules ( knock on door before entering the bathroom/toilet ). The two satellite tv’s are not very good, and they are not smart tv’s which for that price i’ve expected, so don’t think about using your Netflix account during your stay. The hotel announces sauna and jacuzzi, but there’s only sauna until 10pm. My daughters tell me a woman used a key to open their door and asked if the stay was pleasant, my daughters did not put the do not disturb sign on the door, that might explain. Overall the price for the stay was okay considering Germany is expensive compared to other places in the world.

Als geen eisen stelt aan gezelligheid of privacy bij het douchen en het onpraktisch ingedeeld onderkomen voor lief neem, kan je hier overnachten. Jammer want ontbijt is goed en ligging is ook goed.

Sjarmerende gjestehus i Brühl nær Køln
En overnatting på hjemreisen for familie på 5. Hyggelig service. Leiligheten to trapper opp hadde et nostalgisk preg i stil med huset. Brühl er et sjarmerende lite sted. Betalte tillegg for parkering €10, og frokost €10 per person. God frokost. Totalt sett fornøyd med oppholdet.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Balthasar Neumann. They worked with us to address an issue with our ability to check in during the standard hours. The family rooms that we had were wonderfully large and comfortable -- I actually regret not having more time in the room! The area around the hotel has many pedestrian-focused streets and available cafes etc. The station is about a 15 minute from the station without luggage -- allow a little longer if you are pulling bags along the brick sidewalks and roads.
