Anuga Fuarı için mecburiyetten 6 gece 7 gün kasldığım otelde büyük yatak yerine tek kişilik yataklı oda verildi, kaldığım süre boyunca nevresimlerim hiç değişmedi! yerlerde toz, lekeler, saç ve kıl kalıntılarını kendim ayak havlusuyla temizledim! Banyo 1 kere bile temizlenmedi! banyoda ne sabun ne de şampuan vardı, her zaman yanımda taşırım bunları da bu sorunu da böyle çözdüm. Çalışanlarının tamamı Nepal'li, çok nazikler ama temizlik konusunda kötü kötü kötü ötesiler.

Nice and quiet. Very comfortable beds and nice big comfy pillow. Room was clean and has a locking cabinet for safe-keeping. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay on route to England.
Good location for nearby restaurants and parking was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not very big and the bed a little small but we managed for our overnight stay.

Middle of the road hotel. Room OK, bathroom rather cramped, personnel not too interested but helpful in the end. Parking not on site but not a hassle if you arrive afther 6pm and leave before 9am. Plenty of dining options nearby (I can recommend the pizza place Arcobaleno II, not fancy, but very decent food/service/prices)

Nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage an der Fußgängerzone- dennoch parken kein Problem. Einzelzimmer recht gross und Bad frisch renoviert. Lediglich Bett etwas weich. Alles sauber und freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!

The staff were super friendly, Ameer made the Check in process Very smooth . I felt bad that I don’t speak Deutch, but he speaks English fluently. He provided me with everything I needed and more . The room was Very roomy and sparkling clean . Bed was comfy and the room has everything you need . The hotel doesn’t have an elevator which was not a problem since it’s two Storey building. The hotel location was excellent, everything around and the freeway (Autobahn) was very close too. The room doesn’t have an air conditioner, but it wasn’t a problem for April nights , I had to close the windows because it’s was little bit chilly . The main road is very close , so if you’re a light sleeper , you’ll hear cars passing by specially if you leave the window open . I sleep very lightly and soon I closed the windows didn’t have problem sleeping comfortably. The management provided ear plugs Next to the bed , so that’s another way to sleep quietly too . Haven’t gotten the chance to try the buffet to make a comment, hopefully next time . I would highly recommend this place for families, couples , or individuals whom looking for night stay or visiting Bergheim. I will definitely book here again and again

L acceuil n est ouvert que jusque 22h30 mais j'ai eu de la chance. Le réceptionniste était encore la. Acceuil correct et réceptionniste professionnel. La chambre était cependant assez vieille et la structure était mal réalisée. Des lattes de bois des portes et fenêtres traînaient, impossible d ouvrir les rideaux, une autre fenêtre donnant sur le toit n était pas couverte. Du coup, j étais réveillé à l aurore. La salle de bain était propre mais aussi un peu vieillotte. La planche de WC kitsch. Literie propre et confortable. J'ai retrouvé des objets d anciens clients dans le tiroir.
