Wonderful Graduation Weekend
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Tucker House and the wonderful views of the lake enhanced the celebration of our niece’s graduation. We also appreciated that the first floor bathroom/shower each have accessibility equipment as I have an injury-related disability. The deck furniture was plentiful and comfortable for our afternoon and evening gatherings with the family on the deck. And communication with Dana was always helpful and responsive. We highly recommend the Tucker House.

Finger Lakes Family Reunion
We had a family reunion at this property with 18 of us who came from different places in the US and Canada. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and offered help to make sure our weekend went well. I would highly recommend staying here. Beautiful lake view and very comfortable home. Thanks Dana for having a great place.

Relaxing lake side home
We gathered adult family members from 3 different states here and enjoyed relaxing together at this house. Favorite features and what we used the most were the big porch, adult water "toys," and board games & puzzles. The feeling of this rental is that of a homey, comfortable & lived in family home. Dana was readily responsive and the whole process and our stay was easy and uncomplicated. We hope to return again.

Love the Lake Life!
Perfect for comfortably accommodating our large family. Some nice homey touches by the hosts were much appreciated...they thought of everything. The waterfront access was awesome! Closeness of other cottages was somewhat a negative, but there was little to be done about that. Overall, a GREAT experience!

Annual Family Vacation
Great location - lakefront, lots of amenities, friendly community . Lake house was spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need . Owner was helpful, gracious and prompt to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful weekend
We had a wonderful time. The house was stocked with all the necessities and clean. We loved the deck and access to the lake. The smores welcome package was a great touch! We will definitely keep this house in mind for next year.

SUNY Geneseo Alumi Class of 1973 attending our 50th reunion
The Tucker House on Conesus Lake was the perfect place for our group. We traveled from different places in New York, Minnesota, and Tennessee to attend our 50th Geneseo reunion. Your very large, fully furnished, comfortable, clean home was enjoyed by all. In the early morning and after wandering the Geneseo campus during the day we especially enjoyed your large deck overlooking beautiful Conesus Lake. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to reconnect, share stories of our college years, laugh, play games, and share pictures of our grandchildren!! Perfect large family home!
We could not have been more pleased with our stay on the lake. The house has everything and more than we needed. The host was super-accommodating. The accommodations were great for our graduation weekend with a large family. The overhang on the deck allowed us to enjoy the outside even while raining. We would love to come back in warmer weather and enjoy all of the lake toys provided.

Early Thanksgiving
We had a family reunion with 20 people including kids and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sleep, large table for family meals and games. The kitchen fully stocked with pots pans and serving trays. Would like to come again in the summer to take more advantage of the deck and water.

Can't wait to go back!
It was better than I expected! Fully stocked home made our early Thanksgiving with out of town family perfect! We enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boat even in October. Playing darts on the back deck was a throw back for me. Haven't done it in YEARS! The extra refrigerator really came in handy too! The few questions we had were answered very quickly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

Fall Friends Getaway
The lake house was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. We spent an October weekend with a group of friends who convene yearly at different locations. This has been our favorite so far. The kitchen was great for prepping meals, and there was plenty of seating for meals together and watching the games. We really enjoyed the outdoor TV and dart board on the huge deck as well as the firepit. 7 bedrooms and 4 baths meant plenty of room for the eight of us. The owner was incredibly responsive and very generous; I've never been to a VRBO with baskets of toiletries to use in case something was forgotten. What a nice touch!! I would highly recommend this house for any large gathering of friends and/or family!

Great host and amazing host
We rented the house because we were getting married close to the house. The host was very accommodating of us. Not only for checking in but the fact that we had a 15 yr old dog that we were thinking about. We would bw ahppy to rent with them again.

Tucker House
What a great property!! Great location with everything you could ask for. Sleeps 10 plus with tons of room. Great value for money. The only issue is parking. Only room for 3 to 4 cars. With 10 plus people bring as few cars as possible.

Everything we needed plus.

Wonderful waterfront home on Conesus Lake!
This wonderful, large, family home on beautiful Conesus Lake exceeded all our hopes and expectations! Our family of 17 enjoyed all this rental offered- comfortable accommodations for our large group, bountiful amenities including watercraft, bedding, games, cookware and more! We highly recommend for any family gathering and hope to return!

Great lake house!
We had a relaxing week on the lake with friends and family. There were water toys for all ages, and we gathered around the fire pit each evening to visit. There was lots of room on the deck to eat meals together, to read, or to simply enjoy the view. Our host was very responsive. We would love to go back again.

Wonder house for a large group
We had a great time staying at the Tucker Lake House. There was something for everyone to do…we fished…swam…kayaked…floated…played games late into the night and enjoyed the fire pit. The house was had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was AMAZING!
We absolutely loved our experience here. The flexibility with the dates was perfect for our group needs. The house had so much space, and every family there was comfortable. It was also stocked with anything you could possibly need, from firewood to toys to condiments! The house is in a nice, quiet area, and everyone seemed respectful about noise level. The hosts were also incredibly understanding about a little incident with a bunk bed ladder that required some fixing. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place!
We rented this property not celebrate anniversaries for 3 couples in the same family. Such a great place! 13 of us and there was something for everyone to enjoy. A great variety of games, inside and outside. Plenty of ways to relax. The deck is awesome, plenty of room and seating. The kids loved having the water mat and spent hours out there. The owner really has everything you need in the kitchen and the inside is very spacious. Great to place to stay with a large group!

Awesome family reunion stay
My family and I found this house to be wonderful. We had 13 people staying and another 8 coming and going constantly. We were all getting together from different parts of the country to visit our grandparent’s hometown of Dansville, which is right around the corner. The joke during our stay was, “ask the house and it will answer” meaning anything we needed was there! My Husband and I have done many house rentals and this one was by far the most well stocked. It was a spacious and very inviting home. The kids all had a blast swimming in their own little area out front and using the many lake toys that were provided by the host. We will definitely be doing this trip again in the future and hope to find this house available for our stay!

I give 5 stars for this house
Dana is a excellent host. The property looks exactly like shown on the pictures. You name anything and it’s there at the property.We were a family of 12 adults with a 4 years old . I had booked it as it was pet friendly but I did not take my dog. The house is well maintained and right on the lake .we had a blast at the property and if anyone wants to visit Niagara Falls it’s just 2 hours away.My family was visiting from India and they got to see Niagara Falls. I will visit this place again in feature. Overall this house is more then a five star. Thank you Dana we will visit again

Excellent for family get together
We came to Groveland to celebrate my sons medical school graduation as well my moms 84th birthday with my family and friends. I couldn’t have picked a better house in the area for a long weekend. It was a beautifully maintained home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. It was clean, pet friendly, and the bathrooms and the kitchen were fully equipped. In addition, the house sits on the water and there are opportunities to kayak. The host was also gracious enough to let us check in early. I will always have sweet memories of this house and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a calm weekend getaway.

College Graduation long weekend
This is a fantastic property.it is really great place for families to enjoy some awesome togetherness time…..right on the lake with dock and boat access, plenty of water toys for kids and adults alike, and should the weather turn nasty there are lots of toys and board games to amuse…the house kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cleaning / laundry supplies, etc. our group spawned the ages of 4 to 80 and all had a really, really, enjoyable time.

Great stay overall, beautiful location and sunset view
We had a great time during our stay here. The house was clean and spacious, perfect for our large family/friends with lots of kids. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I like the welcome book sent by email and found inside the property with proper direction. Very well organized, neat and clean house with all necessary amenities inside. There is plenty of firewood available for the fire pit or enjoying s’mores with the kids. There are a couple of paddleboats also available that we did not get time to do it due to time and weather. We had accidentally closed the main door and the owner is quick responding and helping us out to make our trip memorable. I would definitely stay back again in the summertime since it was a little cold so we did not perform much water activity. We really did enjoy our stay!

Fall Family Outing
Great location near Letchworth State Park for hiking, kayaking, and exploring. Conesus Lake was clean, clear and offered opportunities for kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming etc. House was clean, well organized, user friendly and provided many extras if needed. Would highly recommend this home for a family get-together.

Fantastic Lakehouse
This is the perfect property if you are looking for a large place for a family or friends gathering. 7 spacious bedrooms that sleep 20 people, right on the water where little ones can play with the adults right on the huge porch. There were so many fun things provided by the owners that we had trouble deciding what to do. All sorts of water sports plus lots of fun little extras. We lacked for nothing and had a fabulous time.
