It wasn’t that we didn’t like it. It’s just that I had called and reserved a room weigh in advance, knowing that we were an older couple and needed a downstairs room but when we got there, we were told that was the only one left and it was three flights of stairs and no elevator so that was quite miserable, and the people staying close to us were very loud so it made it hard for us old people to sleep lol otherwise it was fine

Said free entrance but when got there they were charging admission because of an event.

The people working the corn palace area are Amazing! Super friendly and they want you to know the history. They also will give you travel tips of other South Dakota areas of interest.
