Manager and her team members were very accommodating and helped us get a great room away from the many school age kids who were staying there. The main issue is that from roughly 7:30am until almost 9:30am there was absolutely no hot water. I'm 56 and prefer not to take 1 minute ice cold showers and I would rather not get up at 6am just to have hot water available.

Hotel was clean and in a convenient location! Plenty of free parking and a decent breakfast! Housekeeping was also great! However the front desk needs additional training, it took us over thirty minutes to check-in! Spoke with the General Manager about this and other issues but she justified all of their actions! Great hotel and we stayed here a few times before, we won’t be back until management changes!

I’d like to start with saying the staff was nice and helpful. The dislikes for the stay was the room not being cleaned correctly and the sofa needs to be replaced asap it was old and somewhat broken. The breakfast wasn’t Great at all not much of a selection and the food was so plain and salty.

Rooms are ok but air conditioning is loud. There are very limited options for breakfast. Staff is good. Room service is average. They have shortage of towels. We asked for a bay side view. They denied it and I found someone with bay side view who did the reservation after us.

Overall, I will choose to avoid Hyatt in the future. 2 stars. We stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned, the AC unit on the fourth floor was very loud, the shades did not darken the room sufficiently, and when we asked for replacement towels, we were told they ran out, but would be available the next day at 1 AM. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient to area attractions.

Hi Aaron, I apologize for the confusion. Our schedule is every other day, which is posted at check in and in the service elevators. I did check our housekeeping paperwork for the day you would have been serviced and it is noted that you had a "do not disturb sign" on your door. We do respect your privacy and hope that you will appreciate that. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity of attractions to our hotel. We do hope that you will change your mind and stay with us again in the future.

I liked the ease of getting in and out. There was adequate tables to eat at in the morning. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. I didn't like that we had to get our card re-keyed each day. The fruit at breakfast was unappetizing and the floor could have been vacuumed better. We asked for housekeeping before we left in the morning and upon returning in the late afternoon had to ask for it again.
