“If you’re heading to or near Ouray, you’ve got to stay at Timber Ridge Lodge! The rooms are spotless, the lighting options are cozy. They’ve thought of the details when it comes to amenities right down to the s’mores kits and blankets for the nightly fire pit, or towels you can take to the local hot springs. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and there’s a walking trail right out back that follows the Uncompahgre River. We went the last weekend of October and while the leaves had mostly fallen,……

“Beds were comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the hammock that was in the room. We were on a ground level room and people above us seemed to be practicing a country line dance but nothing some ear plugs couldn't take care of. Didn't use them but the hot tubs looked nice and the outdoors seating area was comfortable.”
