Muy acogedor, limpio, aunque la habitación un poco anticuada, como he dicho se ajusta a lo que uno pide.

When we noted several issues that we found in our terribly filthy, broken down and I’ll supplied room it took more than half following day to come and clean it. When their house keeping came they were very polite and attentive to the issues. All through the day and night we heard the drone of a T.V. from the room next door that disturbed our rest and sleep. Plus there was much noise from the hallway outside our room. This was a very unpleasant stay.

The manager cancelled my reservation in order to increase the room's price. That is deliberate theft. There was no WiFi. The hotel smelled like vomit and ash tray. The "breakfast" was almost but not quiet non-existent. Oh and the desk clerk was hostile.

Roaches everywhere in the room and bathroom. Dirty bedsheet with blood stain. Shower curtain so old and dirty. Back door could not be lock and anybody could just get in. Iron is messed up and stained my shirt. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I booked ahead of time for my grandma, he’s 65 years old. When he landed in Dallas he called the hotel to verify address and if they offered shuttle, they didn’t answer any of the times he called. He ended up getting another room at another hotel because he was unsure. I called to get a Refund and they didn’t answer still 3 days later. i was told by expedia there’s nothing they could do and my card would be charged for the full amount for a 2 night stay. Zero stars for zero communication or follow thru!!!

Bugs in room and toilet, Dirty, no breakfast only coffee and NO creamer! And a big woopen $ 25 credit. Not sure this the way to get a room. Needed early checking for hospital procedures paid extra$20

Parking Lot Clean and Well Lit, Staff Friendly, Rooms are 100 % out dated, Sheets are stained, carpet horrible, rooms are half clean, noise and lound bangs throughout the night, rooms above and beside arguing and baby crying OMG just horrible and NOT the best experience at all.

Not the best, but very comfortable area to sleep in. No one bothers, and quite area. Hotel is a bit outdated and some beds need to be replaced, but staffs are very nice and attentive that they will always listen to your request.

My room was non-smoking but it smelled horrible. Couldn’t really sleep. Restroom was dirty, toilet was nasty. Hair was all over. Linens smelled bad and had “small” hair all over and stains. Could not dare to make myself some coffee in the morning since the coffee pot was disgusting. There were little pieces of what looked like chicken between the bed and the cover. Fridge and microwave were dirty and sticky. And the towels had yellow and black stains. Luckily we brought our own towels. I needed a room for the entire weekend but we could not stay another night. Now we have to look for something more decent. Expedia did not offer a refund but a small “compensation”. Outrageous 😳

Very good place to stay for the night, nice and clean and quiet. The only problem I had was the comfort of the bed. It was not very comfortable for me but the bed was nice clean with clean bedding.

It was ok. The coffee pot had used coffee in it. The hall carpet was soaking wet in places. Found hair in the sink. No TV channel line up

I enjoyed my stay. The only problems i had was the hot water wasn't hot just lukewarm and there was a small bug when i opened the microwave.

First room I checked into their was hair on covers. Management did change them out. As I was checking in while at work I left.(tub and toilet was clean). I returned that night after work and noticed that on top of the dresser were razed caps, trash and used Q tips. I went to management and he switched my room. Check those cover same thing hair and the comforter was dirty and had stains just by looking at it you can tell housekeeping had never changed it out in quite some time. Next morning got up for breakfast but as my luck would have it they say they don’t serve free breakfast. I was like well online it is being advertised that breakfast came with and I wasn’t discounted or given any breakfast. Had I know they really didn’t have breakfast I wouldn’t have booked this room

Don’t stay there
The room had a smell too it and the mattress was very lumpy and felt like it had a dip in it. Only two lamps work in the room. And staff seem like they didn’t care.

Overall area was nice hotel room was nice size but Hotel room was infested with roaches. I killed 3 to 5 roaches every time we returned to the room.
