Hello and thanks for your review. It's unfortunate that you didn't have as wonderful a stay as everyone else did this season. One also has to ponder why you chose to extend your reservation if you were so dissatisfied? Being in the hospitality industry as you stated, one should realize that there are many differences with properties, both regionally and internationally, in terms of what's included in the rooms and that assuming certain things isn't always the best option. While our platform has the most accurate information regarding our property, this platform does allow us to mention all that is included in the rooms and microwaves, coffee makers and tea kettles are not listed as being in the rooms so not having them should not be a surprise. Including them is not an industry standard actually. However, we do provide a microwave and coffee maker in our lobby for guests to use. The size of our rooms are small, but that is also listed on this platform and we definitely do not hide that fact. If you have more than 3 adults, we always recommend booking 2 rooms due to the size and that fact is listed on our platform, which again, has the most accurate info regarding our property. Given that our rooms are small and that people who visit the Cape really don't spend time in the rooms, or choose to use their own streaming device, we've opted only to provide 24" TV's rather than one's that may take up more room. In terms of location and price, we've had many people praise the fact that we are located in a more quite, residential area, located only a few miles from some of the best beaches on the Cape, and we believe that our rates are extremely competitive for the summer on Cape Cod, given the few other properties in our location. We couldn't agree more with you though regarding the manager at the front desk. She is amazing! While we won't see you again, we wish you all the best.
