Glad you enjoyed your stay. There is one set of stairs to enter the lower unit and an interior set (like a two story home) to access the upper unit.

Great location, decent view, quiet. Had to drive to Newport for groceries and wait at local restaurants was 1-2 hours for dinner. Whale watching opps were great!!

Whales on Oregon coast.
Amazing view for whales and bay. Easy walk to restaurants and shops Loved the fireplace and all the supplies provided for us.

The only thing I didn’t like were scratchy towels and lack of board games—the rest was absolutely wonderful!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The towels are plush and will certainly try to ascertain what may be scratchy. There are board games in the condo, but they may have been moved from their normal location by a previous guest.

Quick trip.
The condo was very nice. Great accommodations. Carpet needed vacuuming but all in all very nice.

Glad you enjoyed our condo. The cleaning service does vacuum before each stay and the pattern of the carpet can sometimes appear to have something on it even though it doesn't. We will certain double check and insure everything is in good order.

Great View - OK Condo
This unit has a great view, and with binoculars, good for whale watching. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. 14 steps up to the unit for those with mobility challenges for the 2nd floor unit. Only improvements that would like or suggest is adjustment to the hot water. It took quite a while to get warm water to come out, never really gets hot, so you waste a lot of water trying to get there. The water pressure is no better than a standard hotel as well, do don't expect a wow factor there. Dishwasher is 'very' noisy, so don't start it before you call it a night! The TV in living area is cable, but the master bedroom is on some Internet TV that is very difficult to control, and no TV in the 2nd bedroom. Everything else was good and a bonus that this was a NO PET, NO SMOKING unit made it very nice (for those with allergies). Oh, unit on the 3rd floor can be noisy. Like living in a mid-floor apartment, but a trade off to not have to do an additional 17 steps on top of the 14 to get to the second floor unit.

Not sure where some of this information was derived and definitely feel the need to correct it. 1) All the TVs have cable boxes. Not sure where someone would think the TV is internet TV (clearly a cable box right next to the TV). 2) The condo has a instant hot system set to 120 degrees. We verified everything is working and great water pressure. 3) Dishwasher is a standard dishwasher at 55 decibels. You may be use to a Bosch at 40 decibels? 4) Number of steps.. do we even need to comment on someone counting steps. Wow! We wont even bother with a continued response. Just disappointed the condo was left in the condition it was, especially by someone so focused on 'details'.

Nice ocean view condo
Very nice and clean two-bedroot, two-bath condo on the top floor. Beautiful ocean view. Saw the whales in the ocean while sitting by the dinning table and having dinner.

The view was spectacular; whale watching from the deck and great room was memorable. The condo is clean and well-maintained. The maintenance person was friendly and helpful.

Overall a nice condo although the only problem I had is like you're expected to do pretty much everything the housekeeping w o u l d what I mean by that after you book then they charge your card and you'll see a $65 cleaning fee then when you get enter the room I mean condo it's not a room they want you to empty the trash load the dishwasher start the dishwasher load of towels in the washing machine start the washing machine take out the trash I mean we left that place Immaculate which I always do at a hotel or anywhere I Stay but I was kind of missed it they charge a $65 cleaning fee and yet you pretty much have to do everything before you leave it's it's a nice view on the ocean but I thought it'd be a little closer parking is ample though you get two spaces I thought was a little spendy for off-season the kitchen has a lot of amenities and I'll all cooking where it cancels dishes although they give you one packet of coffee the creamer that was on site was rock hard like it never been changed out I would recommend but again I was a little disappointed about how much they expect you to do and then up charge you on cleaning services

As noted in these comments, we do disclose the cleaning fee which a standard fee for a vacation rental. Generally, hotels build in a daily cleaning fee into their nightly rates, but vacation rentals generally charge it as a one-time fee. The fee covers the time it takes to re-prepare a home that includes two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The only tasks the cleaning service request of a guest is to take out the trash (as sometimes the smell of seafood can overtake a condo before the cleaners arrive) and start the dishwasher. We hope this information is helpful and are happy you did enjoy your overall time at this property.

Beautiful views, clean and modern interior
The space was great, it had fantastic views of depoe bay and we could even see some whales at a distance. The space itself was huge and was surprisingly modern and clean (not old) with plenty of space for a large family. Also had a really nice kitchen that made it fun to cook even though on vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Not very clean.
Very nice room but not too clean. Carpet had spots and the master bedrooms bedding smelled dirty. Some of the throw rugs were dirty also. I felt overall the housekeeping isn't very thorough. There was broken glass under the couch. Upon leaving I had to do the dishes and wash the used towels. I payed almost $500.00 for two nights. I will not stay there again. Other then the above mentioned the view was very pretty.

Beautiful close to the beach and whales
Across three street from the beach overlooking the bay. We watched whales from our balcony and then warmed up by the gas fireplace. Beautiful touches everywhere, the condo really felt like a home. Complete with kitchen, laundry and a wonderful view. Check in was super easy - just used a lock box to pick up the key. Brand new bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
