“La habitación no tenia tomas corrientes distribuidos, solo al lado de la puerta de entrada, no había servicio de limpieza, el aire acondicionado no estaba en condiciones de usarlo, se solicito cambio de habitación ya que tenemos un bebé, pero no sé obtuvo respuesta, no tenia mesas de noche ni un lugar donde ubicar las pertenencias, todo toco en él suelo, considero que les falta personal ya que la misma recepcionista es la mesera, limpieza y demás.”

“Overall, the experience was good, the access to the beaches are amazing and the food so delightful. Although when I got there, the front desk did not know about my reservation, I had to call during an hour with the Hotels.com service line. By the other hand, the WiFi access is very unstable and the mobile signal too weak in the room.”
