When I arrived, I checked in and went immediately to my room because after a long drive, I was in need to use the restroom. When I got to the room, I lifted the lid of the toilet and there someone left a very nasty, bowel deposit unflushed. I flushed the stool and there was dried poop all over the bowl. I immediately went to the front desk to report the problem and he changed my room to. So I went to my new room, that stool had been flushed… But there was poop dried in the bowl as well. I went to the front desk to report this and He returned to that room with me and then clean the bowl himself. I then used the restroom, then there was only enough paper on the roll for one setting. The toilet paper roll holder was taped to the wall with what look like medical tape. (I have pictures). I returned to the front desk and asked for more toilet paper for the room.
I went to get ice to put in the bucket. There was no bag to put in the bucket. When I pick the bucket up, there was filth on the outside of the bucket. I returned to the front desk, showed him the bucket and asked to please have a new bucket and bag. I believe he washed the bucket because the filth was gone, and the bucket was wet.
The floors in the room were filthy. (pictures). The floors have not been swept, or mopped.
The mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned.
All in the first 10 mins of arrival.
I only stayed 2 of the 3 nights. Refund pending for 1 night per the manager. More details but can’t.
