Horrible experience! Good Location, close to the stadium and the RDS. Surrealistic things: you must pay by telephone calling one number (not always available) There is no reception, no personnel, no elevator, no room service, no toilet paper, thin walls, no key or cards… 2/10

Dear Matias, Thank you for this review. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our hotel. Our reception is not manned all the time but we are always available by phone or email. Room cleaning service is available upon request, whenever a guest should wish. Toilet paper is normally provided, and it seems there must have been an oversight by housekeeping on your part, so apologies for this mistake. Limpia, comoda y amplia habitación
La habitación y baño son muy amplios. Todo estaba muy limpio. Un lugar acogedor, con un salón muy amplio, puro estilo irlandés. 100% recomendable.

La ubicación perfecta pero Las toallas estaban sucias, no hacen limpieza por el covid, no tienen un lugar donde dejar las maletas después del check out, se filtraba el aire frío por la ventana del baño ya que la manija estaba rota y no cerraba bien

Hotel excelente
El hotel es excelente, una habitación amplia con recibidor y una cama comodísima. Además, te obsequiaban con té y café, agua natural y con gas, zapatillas y todo tipo de jabones. ¡Lo recomiendo!

While perfectly fine, the website portrays as more than average. The website for the accommodations notes breakfast and other extras (toiletries, etc). We did not find that to be the case. Check in was less than desirable, having to stand in the rain and wait to be given a code to enter the property.

Pro: easy access. Very close to the aviva stadium and the train station next to it. Liked the victorian style. Con: credit card information needs to be provided over the phone too complete the payment. Checking in instructions only received late in the day of check in.

Great location in prestigious Dublin 4 area. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, bus stops-city center about 20 minutes away. Inside very cosy and bed was comfortable. things to improve the shower goes hot and cold randomly, the finishes on tile and door trims are poor in the bathroom- not a big deal, some missing paint/ dry rot? the tv is small and must be at least 20 years old Would be nice to have smart tv. Over all a good place to stay for a night or two. Safe and quite location.

We only stayed for the night, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.The shower was also very good. The hotel itself is located in a quiet part of the city, with easy access to the centre by foot (about 25-30 mins) and there are lots of fuses to take you to town and the airport

We were in town for a game at Aviva stadium and couldn’t have picked a better location. Great to walk to quieter local pubs, coffee, restaurants (many great ones). Super easy to jump on train a short walk from location to places like Dalkey. Really easy to grab a taxi to head to Temple Bar or City Centre for shopping. Staff was super easy and prompt to communicate with and cleaning staff does a great job.

Good location, but double room had only one cup for tea/coffee and it had not been cleaned since previous use and still had coffee in it! TV had only a few channels. Apart from this the ballsbridge area is lovely and the dart is useful for access to the coastal towns to the south.

Great place, very central to the Area i needed to me. Missed the email on no Hotel Desk and the code and room number sent to me the day of Arrival. Didn't get thete until later, so small panic. Otherwise, great spot.

The price is unmatched. There's two parking spots available at the property. If you arrive before other guests you can utilize these, otherwise there's plenty of street parking at a cost. We arrived after parking meter hours and left before it started to cost so that worked well. The room was nicely sized and decorated in a way that it reminded me of the castles we were visiting. Once I booked the room I received all the information I needed to get into the building and our room, as there is no host upon entering. They also provided information on where to find extra supplies if needed - towels, coffee, linens, etc. There isn't food/breakfast that is offered in case you were hoping for that. The area strikes me as residential so everything is within driving distance, but I cannot speak if it's walkable as we didn't do that. Overall, I was very impressed with the place for the price.

So, this was kind of a "self-service' hotel. They send you entry codes, you can go get fresh towels, and if you need parking or anything, you can email them or if they are downstairs, you can ask. No reception desk, etc. But the room was fine. Walkable to downtown (30 minutes or so).

Room 4 has mould growing all around the walls. It stinks and should not be in use for guests. Staff moved us, but in general they were hard to reach and took too long to respond to messages.
