A clean and cozy room, equipped with high quality shampoos, conditioners and body milk. My check in was quite complicated. It was a stormy day when we arrived. My flight was 3 hours delay, and when I arrived at the reception, nobody was there.l made phone call several times in the heavy rain. They answered quite soon and gave me directions to get into the hotel.It takes 10 minutes to understand the message and how to open the door. It was a freezing cold day, so I wanted to use hot water to get us warm .Unfortunately we couldn’t get enough hot water for two people. Overall not so bad, but they can improve the apartment more.

No hesitation
In the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik this apartment in on the top floor of tenement building. Beautifully appointed, it’s modern, stylish and luxurious. Aircon in the summer is a must and it works well. No noise from outside whatsoever. If I come back I’m coming here again.

Great spot, neighbours were noisy with music and stomping on the stairs but that can't be helped. Be aware too, if someone has a bath before you that the hot water runs out.

We stayed in the top floor apartment - no.2. It was lovely, with the bed - and freestanding bath - on the mezzanine with a roof window that looked across to the mountains behind old Dubrovnik and to the clock tower. You will get used to the bells ringing! Lots of nice touches inside including straw hats, local sweets, coffee and tea and bottled water. Yes there are lots of steps but we were expecting that and loved the position right next to the main square/stradun. The one thing I would say would be helpful is to add to the address that the apartment is right next to the Marco Polo restaurant as it’s quite hard to find. Other than that, perfect for staying in and exploring Dubrovnik.

Outstanding accommodation in an awesome location!
Everything you could want in a room - very clean, very comfortable, quiet, and an excellent location. The room is awesome with great attention to detail. We arrived very late and were able to check in using an electronic key. We would definitely stay again! Not an issue for us but there are quite a few steps to the room and if you are mobility challenged this is not for you, then again neither is Dubrovnik old city which has steps pretty much everywhere.

Excellent location in the old town. This is not a hotel, so no front desk or place to store luggage. You must be able to climb stairs - not elevator. But the room was well equipped.

The location was prime, the accommodations were amazing. Really beautiful room. The only thing is that we stayed 2 nights and none came to clean the room after the first night. Beside that highly recommended

Perfect location. Very comfortable
Fantastic place to stay. Very powerful but quiet air conditioning which is important in the summer. Very clean and well managed apartment. It is up 4 flights of stairs which we didn’t mind but it may be relevant to you. However the location is as good as it could possibly get being in the middle of the old town. However since it is top floor it is very quiet and there is almost no noise from the street. There is a fairly quiet clock tower that ring every hour but not through the night. Great service in meeting us at the property to give us the key and show us around. Checking out was also pain free.

Everything about this property was great! Location was absolutely perfect as you are at the heart of the Dubrovnik walls! The place is beautiful and very clean and communication with the host was very efficient. A must stay place when you are in Dubrovnik!

Great apartment, great location
This place was wonderful. Beautiful decorating and amazing location. Also quiet with comfy bed so we slept well. Bathroom and bedroom are essentially one room so bathroom privacy is pretty limited but otherwise fantastic.

We flew into Dubrovnik at 8am from the US and we communicated with Daria thru Whatsapp, so that we could meet up and get access to our room. She was so helpful and we were actually able to get into our room early (11.30am instead of 3pm) due to the prior customer checking out early. This was such a boost to our day and really gave us 3 full days of exploring and enjoying this beautiful old city. The room was centrally located in Old Town and we loved it! We were in Room #3. It was clean and quiet (amazing double glazed windows blocked out all the noise of the city streets below). We were given complimentary hats which we loved and needed in the heat of the summer. Importantly the bed was comfortable, clean and the room had everything we needed. Be ready to climb some stairs to get to your room though but it was good practice for exploring this city full of stairs and alleyways.

Great place, great stay.
Great apartment for a stay directly in old town. I don’t think you could find a better location. Beautiful apartment that just makes you feel at home and in a great place. I wouldn’t hesitate on booking again if I came back or if they are anywhere else. Quick replies through WhatsApp to any questions, everything is seamless. Just a great apartment in a great location for Dubrovnik Old Town. If you come with car, they have very limited availability and as I booked late this was not a option so add at least another €50 to the price overall (when comparing with a place with free parking) you will need cash to leave on check out regardless if you have booked on hotels (they do say all of this but I didn’t really see it until after I booked) A few things I think would make the experience even better. Later check out, it’s at 10am, would be much better for 11. The robes that were expected were not there (they did some digging and they were with the cleaners) that was disappointing and took from the experience of the bath but not a killer. They have nice candles but we had to buy matches to use them so you may want to do the same. Wonderful stay, happy memories. Just sort your parking if you have a car, once that stress is gone relax in the tub then out of your door is Old Town Dubrovnik

Absolutely stunning.
What an incredible property in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. Steps away from literally everything. I stayed in a two-story single room. Super modern, skylights, and every little touch you would expect from an excellent host, from local candies as a gift to cold bottled water and Bose sound system. I arrived a tad early and send a message via WhatsApp - my host checked me in minutes later. I will absolutely stay here again!

Cozy, central and chic.
We loved our stay at La Vita e Bella IV. The location was extremely convenient right in the center of Old City. We were able to walk everywhere including all the sights. The room itself was very modern and had all the amenities you would expect plus more. There was also a nespresso machine in the room with several pods so we were able to nake espressos in the morning and when we got back to the hotel each day. We were able to check in before the check in time at 3pm so that made things better as well. Would recommend this stay highly, just be prepared to haul your luggage a couple flights of stairs to your room since it is in an older building. Not a problem for us though.

Amazing studio apartment, looks recently redone and modern, with lots of cute perks. Hostess was very easy to get in touch with and somehow found me wandering in the alley looking for the place! We arrived quite early in the day and were allowed to check in. 4th floor walkup was a bit tough with our luggage, but location was super convenient and we otherwise lived our stay.

Because the Old City is UNESCO protected, elevators are not allowed to be added to the old houses, to protect their heritage. Hence walking the stairs, even with the luggage :)

Gorgeous place to stay and great location. You can walk to everything you need. Not too noisy at night except for the church bells which go off a lot. Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate in Old Town
Brand new exquisitely styled loft apartment in the center of everything in Old Town. Beautifully furnished and ideal for one person for a short stay. There is a small fridge for drinks tucked into the upstairs loft, and coffee station down below, otherwise you’ll be going out anyway..could use a table and chairs where the tub is but everything from linens to furnishings were as good or better than the 5 star hotels in Dubrovnik. On the 4th floor so pack accordingly. Owner was very communicative and informing. Especially for the great rate they offer, it’s a 10!

Geniale Unterkunft trotz vielen Treppen
Zentral gelegen, schönes Design mit vielen Extras. Achtung beim parkieren in öffentlichen Parkhäusern. Die Tagespauschale muss unmittelbar nach Ankunft im Parkaus gebucht werden sonst wird Ihnen die Stunden einzeln berechnet! Der Eigentümer des Hauses sollte die Gäste entsprechend informieren.

Home away from home in Dubrovnik Old Town. This apartment was amazing for a UNESCO listed property. The managers were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The amenities and little extras were very welcome. Would happily stay here again.
