We are working as diligently as possible to get them professionally cleaned. Our high occupancy as well as the rains has made it where we are unable to get to the rooms to take care of it as timely. Thank you for the review. We take great pride in keeping things updated and refreshed, and as you might imagine, improvements are always ongoing with older properties. We are currently in the process of getting new carpet, however in the meantime we do our best to keep the carpets shampooed regularly. With all the rain we've had the pesky sugar ants manage to find a way inside on occasion. I'm so sorry this happened to you. We did contact Terminix to come out for a special treatment to hopefully deter them. I do hope you'll give us another chance to show we are the best and friendliest here!

We are in the process of updating several rooms, however our occupancy has limited our capabilities to get good measurements for the ordering process. We do hope you'll consider staying with us again.

Thank you for your comments. I hate the water was cold for you. My front desk did have to have maintenance out to look at the issue when you reported it. They did manage to find and fix the problem. I do hope you will give us another chance to give you the superior service you deserve!

Our property is an older facility with convenient exterior entrances that a lot of people prefer now days, however our furnishings, amenities, and features are as modern and fresh as any other typical Best Western. Our Serta sleepers are new mattresses which most people love, however some may prefer a softer type. It's definitely not like ours at home. I hope you were able to inform the desk to fix the tv. They are pros at resetting it as the remotes easily get it off the HDMI it should be on. We hope to earn another opportunity to be of service to you.
