Very nice hotel, not too far from Broadway Street. For the price compared to hotels closer to Broadway this is well worth the 10 minute walk. Staff was very nice and helpful with pointing us in the right direction to places.

The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk. He was the first person I met there and he started our stay there on such a good note! He was so kind & made check-in so fast and easy. That was probably the fastest hotel check-in I’ve ever had which I really appreciate as I have a 1 year old who likes to run around. Sujan upgraded our room to an incredible view after I told him my little guy loves to look out the hotel room windows at the cars below. We continued to talk and I found out we are actually originally from neighboring countries. At that moment, I felt like we were friends, not just staff & customer. Throughout our stay, Sujan would say hello to us and ask how our stay was anytime we walked by and made some great toddler friendly suggestions. The room was incredible. The design is stunning and the bed is so comfortable. The only thing I’d change about the room is the bathroom space being closed off. It was kind of odd having that space combined with the living/sleeping space. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. Housekeeping would come in the morning & in the evening there would also be turndown service. I have run out of characters otherwise I’d write more good thing

Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!

The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!

Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. And it’s an easy service car ride so you don’t have to pay the $50/night parking. The hotel is modern and pretty clean. We used the rooftop pool and fitness room. We loved Henley attached to the hotel. Ate there twice. Get the goat cheese greens, duck leg, sliders and fries. Staff are courtesy and helpful and have that southern charm. Happy hour is great 5-6 daily in an inviting and good sized living room setting. White wine was decent, red was not for me. They also had Miller Lite and a strawberry spritz. They served a snack with the drink as well.
