The staff was good, however the amenities in the room were poor. No coffee pot No microwave. Toilet seat was about to fall off Toilet. All should have been much better for a nice hotel

This was my first time staying at the Gilmore Hotel and using an app for check-in. At first, I was a little unsure, but it was actually very easy once I downloaded the app. The parking is convenient, but it does cost $40 per day. My tip: make sure you complete your check-in and get your parking code first. The hotel itself is a really cute boutique hotel with lots of character. One of the best things is the location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, which made exploring Nashville super easy. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
