Desayuno incompleto
Las chicas de recepción muy serias, ni una sonrisa amable. El desayuno solo tenía huevo, no jugó, no agua,no waffles, supuestamente por el covid. Pero si las vendían en un refri junto a recepción y muy costosa. Vi una cucaracha en el pasillo. Las personas de limpieza muy amables y atentas.

We were travelling from Phoenix, AZ to Chicago, IL and needed a place in the middle to stop. So happy I found this place - Jesse was a great help and super knowledgable. We stated we might leave before breakfast was seeved, and Jesse sajd he would be able to get us something for the road instead of leaving hungry. The room was super spacious and clean, although the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, would recommend this place for a short or extended stay.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. The complimentary water & etc. was awesome. Room was clean and had everything you could ask for.

Conveniently located and easy to find. Loved the breakfast and they had gluten free options! There were so many little things they thought of. Would stay at home to home again!

We always enjoy staying at your hotels, the location was not the best and many large holes in pavement parking lot. Overall a nice stay.

The only thing I would give a low review on would be that I saw splatter of some sort on the bathroom walls. Probably toothpaste. Could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that it was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Everything was clean and the staff was excellent! Only problem I could find was a dog had popped in the room and it didn’t get cleaned up. I cleaned it up!

I like that the entire facility and room was clean, front desk personnel was polite, helpful. I did not like that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. I was left in the dark while halfway through my workout on the treadmill as the light in the fitness room is on a timer.

Awesome staff and great stay!
We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice. Everything was clean, and you just cant beat a pet-friendly hotel!

The room was spectacular in size and amenities. The issues were when we walked into the room there were dog food pellets in the sink, a dirty spoon in the sink, one bath towel one hand towel zero wash cloths the room had a window about 7 foot from the floor that had no covering at all while no one could see in, the light was very bright by 6:30 am which did not allow a full nights sleep. Breakfast was mediocre at best with most things tasting very old. The people were nice and as I said the size of the room was spectacular and very spacious

The front office staff was kind although limited on what they could do about the situation. Our room was completely disgusting. There was pee stains all over the floor from the previous people. The towels were not restalked. The sheets on the bed didn't look to be changed. Everything was broken, for example the pool, washing machine, and ice maker.

Should have stayed elsewhere
Got to hotel and everything was ok. Got to to room and not what I asked for. Have a handicapped wife. Was hard to move in restroom. Toilet was loose and not a correct toilet seat. If you moved, felt like you were going to fall off. Went down following morning for their breakfast. Juice machine not working. Only could get a waffle. Asked for trash to be taken out. Had to walk down to front to make sure it got done. Trash was finally taken out Saturday. Cokes we bought from front desk were old and flat. Worst Home to Suites I have stayed in. Could not iron, had a broken board in room. Tried to iron off of bed.
