stayed at this hotel in Budapest for twelve days, and it was an all-around excellent experience. The property is clean and well-maintained throughout. Check-in was fast and clear, and checkout was just as organized and smooth.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent and plentiful. It did get crowded around eight or nine in the morning, but the staff handled it well. Tables were kept clean, everything was well-stocked, and the wait was always minimal. I was surprised by the volume of guests, but it never felt unmanageable.
The Boroka restaurant and bar were also outstanding. The staff was professional, polite, and courteous, though I would have liked to see a few more of them on hand, as waits could occasionally run long.
The spa and pools were fantastic as well. Overall, this was a great hotel and a great stay.

Everything was amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and they have a wide variety to choose from. If I plan another trip back the Budapest again. I would stay again.
