"Most highly recommend for basic suburban rental space. We stayed one night. Host Julia was very communicative and provided excellent explanations about parking and door un/locking in advance. Space was very clean, well-appointed, well-functioning. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept with windows open enjoying the fresh air and peaceful neighborhood. Only a few minutes from Wellesley center where we ate and walked a lovely main street. I read their copy of "Foreign Affairs" (first time...

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this place was. In addition to the good sized bedrooms there was a very large sitting area and a very well appointed kitchen. The place was spotless. The decor was plain but nice and we were fine with it. Location is great, just off Pleasant Street (a major artery) and close to everything downtown."

"I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment...

"I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin."

"We stayed here a few days while visiting family. It was a clean, comfortable home and for us it was great being in walking proximity to several playgrounds. We had a mix up with a baby equipment rental company and the host was extremely helpful in arranging a time after checkout for the person to come to the property and collect the items. Check out was incredibly easy (nothing required). Very kind and communicative, highly recommend!"
