“Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, ”

“No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.”

“It's a spacious two-bedroom unit in an old wooden house without adequate reinforcement of its structures. Walking in the room or someone walking upstairs or in staircase can produce loud noises from loosened wood structures. Kitchen was not adequately cleaned. Countertop still had marks left from uncleaned dish plates. The dish rack was partly rusted. Cooktop, coffee maker, frig, etc. were all in good working condition, but not enough cooking utensils were available. It's a two-bedroom...

“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.”

“This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two...
