“Overall, I thought it was a really well ran hotel. The front staff were great. The room and hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was decent (only complaint would be lack of knowledge regarding allergies in hot foods such as: do the sausages have wheat?). With that said, one of the kitchen staff members was awesome trying to find answers for us, unfortunately, all of the food packaging was thrown away so they had no ingredients lists. The heating/cooling combined with a ceiling fan made it easy……

“The rooms looked totally barren. Bed was ok but not great. I ran the shower water for 10 minutes and it went from ice cold luke warm. They wanted a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. I’ve never seen that ever. It was refunded on check out. Location is next to a shut down sports bar”

“Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain.……

“We're not B&B aficionados, but this was nothingy shy of an awesome experience. Staff/Owners are genuinely kind caring people who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I would liken the experience to 'Staying with Good Friends'. ”

“The water is brown when you first turn on the tap. Toilet won't stop flushing. Very noise. Sink doesn't work until someone fixed it”

“Hotel is under construction.. Smells horrible of pot and smoke. Staff was incredibly rude, elevator was scary, no breakfast as advertised, internet didn't work, tv channels didn't come in, bugs in the bathroom. Checked out a couple hours after we checked in and went to a different hotel. Police came 3 times in the short time we were there. ”

“There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. ”

“I was here for a school visit with my boyfriend! The front desk staff was extremely nice and sweet, our flights arrive late in the night and I felt so sorry that we had to woke this poor man up. The room is clean and comfy, would definitely recommend this!”
