SO Roomy and convenient
Absolutely loved this spot! The place was great, everyone had their own space and it was so convenient to everything we needed. We went to an event at the pepsi amphitheater as well and was such a comfortable distance. Would absolutely return!

Best home I have rented
From start to finish the experience was awesome. Marilyn, our host, sent timely communications regarding checkin, the house was immaculately clean and the pictures online did not do the home justice. Location was amazing, the space in the house is amazing and the backyard was like a huge playground. We got a large amount of snow throughout the week and Marilyn checked in on us. The checkout process compared to previous rentals, was a breeze. Will absolutely be booking this house again in the future.

Great snow trip
This is our second year staying at this property. We have three generations. The house is lovely, but what is particularly appealing it that it backs up to the National Forest. We could walk out the back door, and play in the snow. The host was very thoughtful, and communicated regularly.

Condition of house
The kitchen was well-stocked with the exception of no scissors. The towels smelled stale. The carpet is old and buckles, which makes it a tripping hazard. Floors were very creaky. Would have been nice to have a gas-log fire vs. a fake log. House was very roomy & comfortable.

Hall toilet ran entire time and master tub had to be plunged out twice. Sticky drink stuff on living room furniture and filthy garbage can. Had to clean stuff up when we arrived

The owner is wonderful but there is no air conditioning
First of all, the manager/owner of this property is wonderful. She is responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is nice, for sure, it's just ... used. The carpets have a lot of staining and we just did not feel super comfortable being barefoot there, even after a shower. Also, the windows had some broken/missing screens but the owner said they will be fixed. This was critical because we were a warm group and without A/C in the house (which we did not realize in advance but the owner told us is "typical" in Flagstaff), we needed windows open at night. The four kids just couldn't get to sleep early enough because it was still so warm in the house at their normal bedtime. They ended up all sleeping downstairs on the floor, as the downstairs bed is very hard and the two who slept there on the first night decided that they would rather sleep on the floor. I certainly wish it would have been more clear on the listing that "THERE IS NO A/C IN THIS HOME", as we probably would have looked elsewhere. The kids all loved the backyard space.

Lovely
It was such a great overall experience. The layout of the home made it for our family to spend time together and really appreciate our time. I would highly recommend. Only thing I would ask to improve and change would be the mattress on the downstairs room. It had a foam top on the mattress. That made it really uncomfortable and sink in the middle. Girlfriend and I dealt with it since we are young and it’s only for a couple of days. I would not recommend older couples to sleep on it. Buy a new mattress and your good.

Great Location
My husband and I took my teenage son and some friends up. The property backs up to the woods with some nice walking trails. The neighborhood is very quiet. The master bed and sheets were very comfortable and the towels were plush. We cooked at the house and their was a good set up with plenty of cookware, spices and table settings. There isn't any air conditioning, but we would retreat downstairs to watch movies and play games. We would definitely recommend.

Great stay!
This house is beautiful and has everything you need. The only drawback is not enough fans for size of house. Days were starting to heat up. But loved everything else, house, location, time with family, etc. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay again.

Fabulous.
Marilyn was terrific time deal with. The place was clean and had all we needed. Took walks in the neighborhood too!! Appreciated the workout with the hilly roads and we ALL enjoyed the walks in the forest RIGHT behind the house!!! The BOMB!!! Thumbs up for this place.

Excellent location backing to forest
With several forested acres out the rear porch, it was an ideal location for feeling like we were in the woods, while being so close to all the city amenities. Beds were comfy, floor plan was versatile, interior was clean and there were just enough furnished supplies. I was concerned about being close to the airport, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Living room and dining rooms were spacious and furniture was very comfortable. The lower level was like a mother-in-law suite.

The best family home.
We cannot say enough good things about this house or the owner who welcomed us with open arms. The house is so well decorated and everything is so nice and plush. The bedding was amazing and so many clean smelling throw blankets everywhere. Everything we reached for was there. I barely unpacked my toiletries! We made so many amazing memories and thank you again so much. We will be back. No doubt.

Great Weekend Away
A small group of friends had a great weekend away in this cozy yet spacious cabin. The cabin backs up to the forest where we enjoyed a few small hikes. Cabin was stocked with fun games and light snacks. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Immaculate and well-equipped
I found the property immaculate, and the features of the property very nice. The mattresses were less than comfortable in all rooms, despite the bedrooms being accommodating otherwise. The furniture in the dining room upstairs and the game room downstairs was assembled incorrectly and otherwise falling apart. There was some confusion about who was the Guest Contact, and who to call for any need during our stay. The person who actually answered her phone and helped us was very quick and thorough when we needed salt to melt the ice at the front door to make the property safe. The house is in a great location, very quiet area, very serene and peaceful, and is perfect for taking a family or group for a nice getaway. Some new furniture and mattresses would really be great.

Great place to stay, lots of space, clean, and perfect for our family!
We had a wonderful time in Flagstaff in this home! We were a total of 6 adults and 3 kids (1 infant) and had plenty of space. The lower level with its own separate living room and bedroom worked perfect for my sister and her 2 kids so they could have their own space. My husband and I, along with his parents and our daughter had the 3 other bedrooms upstairs. We all had plenty of space, the beds were super comfortable and the home was located just 10 minutes from the Little American Hotel (where we caught the bus to the North Pole Experience) I highly recommend this home

Immaculate home, cabin like setting in great locationn
Great experience with this VRBO home. Cleanliness throughout was super impressive, lots of attention to detail. The home provided all kitchen and bathroom necessities for extended stays. It snowed a few days prior to our arrival and the driveway, which is quite steep, was very icy and slippery. This posed a bit of a problem for my elderly parents who joined us. I called the contact, Lara, however, and the situation was handled and rectified immediately! Very responsive. We could not have been more pleased. Ease of check in was extremely convenient. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery.

Beautiful house close to downtown Flagstaff
The house was so spacious and has ample rooms for all our families that got together for my mother’s 70th birthday. I love the fact that it was only minutes away from restaurants and stores. The check in process was easy and the house was well-maintained. Great place to rent!
