This property is maintained with optimum quality and service in mind. The rooms are clean, spacious, all gadgets working, breakfast is hot and you can eat all day long unlimited!!! The owners are very very co-operative and handle business customers with top respect and cordiality. I wish them good luck and I made this as my ONLY CHOICE in Fort Smith.

Perfect for a night

Mostly updated! Needs wall decor, a mirror in the room, and towel bars in the bathroom so you can hang up your towel to reuse. Nice breakfast and comfortable bed.

Friendly and confy

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The fire alarm did go off at 3:45am, but that was no fault of the staff and they were helpful and apologetic about the whole deal.
