El hotel es perfecto para viajeros que buscan comodidad, limpieza y precio. El cuarto estaba muy limpio, únicamente estuvimos 2 días pero tienen una cocina completa la cual puedes usar. El baño es de buen tamaño y también estaba muy limpio, el internet es bueno y la atención del personal es excelente, te atienden muy bien y resuelven tus dudas. Esta muy cerca del Modern Art Museum of Forth Worth y tiene buenos locales de ropa y para comer muy cerca. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas en el hotel medio día más ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde sin ningún cargo.

Not what was expected given prime location. Front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. However, the rooms Below average quality and condition. Our room musty smell, clogged sink with facial hairs floating into backed up water, scented dryer sheets stuffed in fan to mask smell, Kitchen counter stained hand, overdue for refinishing. My mom‘s room smelled of smoke from previous occupant. Power to TV in my kids room Intermittent making TV Not usable and potentially a fire hazard. Individually, some of these issues not a deal killer, however, collectively, made for an unacceptable experience for my family, including my 80-year-old mother. After one hour, we relocated to another nearby hotel with significantly higher room rates, despite incurring one night cancellation fee at this property. Given prime location, walkable to very nice retail and restaurants and the river path, the A four mentioned issues described above seem very out of place. However, it appeared the owners business model is not targeted to TCU visitors or business travelers, which would seem to be the target occupant market given location.

The staff was fantastic- very friendly and responsive! However, while this hotel was affordable and in a great location near shopping, dining, TCU and the zoo, we were very disappointed in the 2 rooms we rented for TCU graduation weekend. The rooms smelled horribly of cleaning solution, and later smelled of urine (after the cleaning product smell went away). The overwhelming smell of marijuana up & down the hallways was also awful, especially since the facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Our bathrooms had no hand soap, no hand towels, no wash cloths, and there were long black hairs on the toilet and on the shower wall. The stovetop had grease around the burners (it was clearly not cleaned). We will never stay here again.

Room was not what was reserved. Reserved on-line queen bed and sofa pull-out. Room did not even have room for a sofa, so only one bed was in room. Lamp bulb was out, food particles (noodles) were in kitchen sink, debris on floor and bathtub/bathroom sink looked dirty (visible dark brown particles/debris).

The property was back off the street so I drove past it as there was no sign that the driveway was to get to it. The room was dirty. Whoever had the room before had pets as there were bowls on the floor along with French fries under the table. We asked for room service and never got it. We had to ask for more towels which they did swap. The one bed didn't have an extra blanket. They advise breakfast but there isn't any. No coffee maker in the room or things for the kitchette. The have a coffee bar in the lobby however that is out of the way as we were in the second building. I don't think I will stay there again.

This place needs to be closed down. It should never be on any site suggestion either. Beyond disturbing as the manager kept assigning other guests rooms with people in them. We waited at check in for TWO hours and never got a room. This was at midnight. We ended up canceling the hotel after the two hours.

Hands down the worst Extended Stay property I've ever stayed in! They actually gave me a room that they didn't even clean yet: floors were sticky, left over food in the refrigerator, left over trash in the garbage can, toilet not flushed from previous usage, and left over clothing from the previous guest. There was also no remote control in the room and the TV only kind of worked. Front desk would not take responsibility and made excuses for everything. They tried to tell me that the floors were sticky since they just cleaned it and the chemicals they used were making it temporarily sticky. I didn't even know how to respond to that BS as I've never heard of an excuse that stupid before. Check in was at 3pm and I checked in at 5pm so the room should have been fully ready well in advance.

I have stayed at this property several times over the years. I stopped staying here, under previous ownership/management because the price was prohibitive. I was pleased to see the rate, thru Expedia, for this past weekend. WOW. things have changed. It was def conv to where all I needed to go for a family funeral weekend, HOWEVER, lower cost apparently means less quality and features. They are a CARD only location, no cash, and I didn't know this until I called the day of check in. Checking in was very easy and quick. The room was what I expected. HOWEVER, I couldn't close the curtains fully and thank goodness I had binder clips in my work briefcase . My partner was scheduled to come with me and had to stay home due to illness. If he had come it would have been horrible. I really think the bed is a FULL size...small. AND there were only 3 small square pillows. If we both were there NO way that would have worked. I called, on my cell because the phone on the bedside table had NO cord, and I asked for extra couple of pillows and was told "we don't have any extra". So I went to Dollar General and bought 2 pillows. There was NOT coffee set up in the room. All the kiitchenette area drawers were sealed shut and there were NO dishes and such to be utilized. The microwave was horrible...not clean and NO platter /plate in there to set something on to warm. There was 1 very small trash can in the room, bath room. Surely a second trash can is affordable for usual trash. UGH

Out of the hundreds if not thousands of hotels I have ever stayed at in my life, this is the absolute nastiest and horrible hotel I've been at. When we checked in, there was a line out the door, because they overbooked and kept telling people there's nothing they can do for them even if they had a guarantee. We got a room. It smelled so bad of smoke and just disgusting that we bought Febreze spray for the carpets and car air fresheners for the window unit. Still didn't help. There were gnats everywhere and bugs. The sink was stained this nasty brown. No Trash bin. Hot water was limited. Toilet roll holder was broken. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor and outside and people talking as if you were there. Woke up to a man just hacking up for 30 minutes and vomiting. Only gave us two pillows. My husband went to get more and said they would give us some more. We waited two hours, and he went back. Said the manager was on the phone talking to someone about someone wanting a different room because it smelled so bad of smoke. They told her to give them another room and leave the door open and give it to the next person. Saw them pick and choose who to give things to people or just tell them they have to go to the laundry room, but give it to the next person who asked when they didn't even leave. I slept in my clothes because I didn't want to sleep on that bed. I would have rather slept in my car. Even though we have stayed at many Extended stays, I will never again.

The property was filthy. The room smelled so strong with weed we couldn't even stay there. There was ash on the floor of the bathroom and this was supposedly a smoke free hotel. No toilet paper and the floors were sticky. The hotel manager was nice and refunded our money.

I couldn't even check in early because the system the lady showed me said that it was still Mar 4 even though it was Mar 5 at Midnight, since that's when I arrived. I chose to come in at that time because the lady said that they were open for 24 hours and she said it was ok to come in at that time. The check in time may have been at 3 PM, but I was going on the fact that the lady said I could come in.

The location met expectations. The property itself, was average, there was trash piled up all over the property with trash cans overflowing and full trash bags under the stairwells. No coffee maker in room, no hangers in room, no soap in room, and BONUS the complimentary Breakfast Bag the next morning... none. Went to the lobby as directed and was told they were not doing service that day. No apologies, just nope, not today. Happily, there is a cute breakfast place within walking distance. This was literally a room with a bed, and the shower worked.

Rude front desk were rude to me and I had to wait an hour for my room. Overbooked isn’t my fault I got a room at 10:30pm and check out at 11. The room should be refunded that was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service

Had stayed here several years ago and it was WAY different. Now it is dirty, cars with flat tires like an apt complex or residential hotel. Trash barrels overflowi g under stairwells, multiple, barrels with trash on the ground, 3 days in a row. Even though it is " non smoking", people smoking on the balcony outside their room. Kitchenette but no dishes, cups, etc. When I arrived, ac was running with windows open and tv on. No desk to work on your computer. Terrible. Bed was clean and there were clean towels

This is pretty much the lowest end of hospitality you can stay in and the experience is reflected. Filthy, stained furniture and counters, wreaking of cigarettes and must, absolutely no amenities, no elevator or even connected walkway between buildings… I could go on and on but it’s a $55 hotel, not sure why I expected the bare minimum

Friendly staff at check in. Poor selection of toilletries. Very poor breakfast. Noisy around the property at night. The neighborhood is nice, and there are shops and dining options nearby.
