Dissapointing.
Extremely dissapointing, I spend about 300 Usd for a night and is an ok hotel but the service was awful, I reserved for a King size room, they did not have availability, keep me waiting for my room for about 15 minutes and they came back giving me another type of room which was not according to my expectation They said that were having troubles with the system, I would not expect this on an hotel of 300 Usd per night, I stayed here last year but definitely I will not get back, there are better options in this area

FYI, cell service is awful inside the hotel rooms and the free wifi is just as bad. I couldn’t get simple apps to load on my phone or websites to even function. Extremely disappointed to shell out all that money and experience internet speeds that of a decade ago.

I will not be returning to this hotel. There is far better options in my option. First of all you charge 9.00 per person for a microwave breakfast that every neighboring hotel has for free. Second only one elevator worked just part of the time. Nice staff friendly and all but definitely isn’t worth the money.

The people above me had cement for feet as they were so loud walking above me it was ridiculous. It went on until about 12:30am when I chucked a creamer at the ceiling. They must have gotten the hint that they were being loud or they finally decided to be in bed. I would never stay in this hotel again because of that.

We at the Hiton Garden Inn understand your frustration with noise and hope to provide you a better experience during your next stay. When booking, a request can be made to be on the top floor. This prevents any issues with noise from above.

Lots of construction going on next door. Property was nice. Our room smelled like mildew and outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Staff was friendly and nice though.

Problem with total remodel as we checked in.
Hilton Garden is doing a total refresh apparently on this location. There must have been 45 Spectrum trucks in the parking lot and workers day and night. It was quite surprising and scary for 3 women travelling. The front desk was blocked so we had to go around the back. It was dark, cold, and lots of workers. I wish we had been told this prior to our arrival/checkin.

We traveled for the High School Football championships in mid-December, so the hotel is very convenient to get to AT&T Stadium. However, they are doing a lot of remodeling inside. The holiday season does not seem like a good time to do this. The front doors were taped off and the side doors were locked after 10PM when we finally arrived. They had software malfunctions and we had to wait until after 9PM the following night to receive our key cards. We had to be let in by housekeeping when we arrived. It was a bit disturbing that about 30 minutes after we arrived, and getting ready for bed, that the same housekeeping guys was opening our door to let someone ELSE into the room. We hadn't secured our door yet, but that was concerning they booked someone into our room in less than an hour. The whole weekend, we weren't able to get the internet to work on our laptops so had to try to conduct our business via phones which was almost worthless. Overall, not a horrible experience, but not the great one we'd had on prior stays, either.

Went to an event at ATT Stadium, was close to DFW, and close. To stadium. They had a $15dollar round trip shuttle. No need to drive, taxi Uber, etc. great experience all around.

Bed was so creaky that we woke up anytime we moved. Microwave, fridge and tv remote didn’t work. Site advertised “free Wi-Fi” but you can only access it if you become a Hilton Member, still bad Wi-Fi. They say there’s a breakfast buffet and a breakfast you have to pay for, you’d think that the buffet part would be complimentary to your overpriced stay but no, you pay $13 PER PERSON for dehydrated eggs, stale bread/bagels and old fruit. The only good thing about this stay was that the staff was very nice.

Absolutely horrible place. Dated interior design, disgusting food, sloppy looking staff. We arrived late, were tired, checked out the next morning and went to The Sheraton for the same price which was top notch. We would like a full refund and reimbursement for Uber fair.

I am never the type to be unsatisfied with hotels but this stay was not the best. I arrived and their computer systems were not working properly, I waited a good 10 minutes. I was then informed the pool was closed because of maintenance which was bummer since I looked forward to laying by the pool. The desk person then informed me about breakfast, I figured since they took away an amenity that I would ask if they were offering free breakfast to which he said No. They had no cable, and the wifi was not good at all. I will not be visiting a Hilton Garden again unfortunately.

When we came to check in, we waited at the desk for 10 mins before someone finally came out to check us in. Then she starts telling me about the bar there and the pool hours and then says “and breakfast is available… for $69”!! I thought I misunderstood, I verified that that’s what she said and she said “yes for the 2 of you”. Really Hilton? You’re charging that ridiculous amount of money for breakfast when most hotels offer free breakfast! We won’t be staying here again.

Horrible Stay
AC not working requested another room before attending the event we traveled for. They said let maintenance try to fix it. Got a call an hr later while event AC not fixed new room would be waiting. Got back to hotel late in the evening and our room was left open with all of items there no apologies or remorse from staff. No supervisor available at anytime
