I'm not good at English. The gentlemen who received me were very patient, always smiling, and told me something with the translation software on my mobile phone. The accommodation environment is good, and the room is also very tidy and clean. I am very satisfied with this stay!

I booked for a total of 4 nights, and staff on duty was very prompt and helpful upon check in. Unfortunately, on the second and third night I discovered bed bugs in my room, which I reported to staff. They switched me to another room, which was thankfully free of bed bugs. Apart from this incident, the room was clean, and in a convenient location. Sound proofing wasn't great, but to be expected from older buildings situated downtown.

Highly recommend, our room had a gorgeous view of the bay with a balcony (again highly recommend that option), and the property itself is beautiful. The room units are cottage-like, clean, comfy, and there are plenty of amenities on the property and in the surrounding area.
