Mixed feelings on this rental
The house itself is spacious, designed for a party experience and fairly well furnished. The water pressure is fantastic and there was enough hot water for all 10 guests which was great. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was completely green and had a terrible odor. There were sunglasses under the cover so I was positive that no one treated the water or cleaned the hot tub after the last guests. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. The local house manager is difficult to get ahold of and he has a snarky, careless attitude.

Weekend before cruise.
This property was outstanding ! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to getting on Harmony of the seas. It was everything we were looking for. The outdoor kitchen and fire pit was a bonus that we enjoyed. The only issue we had was the hot tub didn’t smell right, it smelled like a fish tank, I dunno if it was a lack of chemicals or what but we didn’t get in. The kids did, nothing stops kids from enjoying the hottub. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would totally stay here again. It is a beautiful home.

The property was absolutely amazing for our friends and partners to stay. Everyone got their own rooms and bathrooms and the open common spaces were perfect for socializing. There were tons of flies that would get into the house that was kind of annoying but other than that, it was spotless and amazing.

Spacious Luxury
Wonderful, roomy, open main floor with large kitchen and eating area. Attention to details much appreciated! If you like motion activated lights, you'll love the fact that the 5 and a half bathrooms and the closets are equipped for this. Great perk to have a hot tub.Great location! Great communication! Definitely hope to return!

Beautiful house
We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It accommodated our family of 8 with no problems. (We were supposed to have 5 additional, but last minute they were unable to come). The house was clean and easy to find. When we got there, the water was turned off, so we went about 4 hours without water, but the owner finally came and turned it on. The only 2 things we would "complain" about are: we couldn't find the key to turn on the fireplace and that would have been nice as we stayed there during a very chilly time. Also a casserole dish or two. Otherwise the house was stocked quite adequately.

Upstairs A/C not working
The house was very big and clean!! Nice house. However, the A/C unit upstairs was not working. When I reached out to the VaCasa staff (local) I was told that I froze the unit up. This was not the case. When arriving to the house the temperature was 79° the whole weekend it only dropped to 78°. The local staff Chris was very rude and disrespectful. I ask for some type of compensation and received $57 on a $1400 rental. Not acceptable!! Would not recommend using Vacasa and would not recommend booking the house until the AC problem is resolved. I have used Vrbo before and no problems. Will continue to use them, but no Vacasa properties.

Perfect
Perfect location, clean and comfortable. This house was even better then the pictures. The hot tub was listed but not shown in the pictures, however it was large brand new. We also liked that the gas grill was conected to the house so no worries about running out. There was a sink outside that realy made it work well without running in and out of the house while grilling. We also enjoyed the full bar area. The Ice maker in the bar was also VERY helpful as well as the wine refrigerator. We used the wine refrigerator to also hold water and kids drinks so the kids learned to go there at their level to get drinks. Ther was a water spot near the front door to wash our feet before we went in. This house was Perfect for our large family and very comfortable.
