What a wonderful stay as far as the condo comfort in every level, cleanliness, locations close by to dine and go to the theater. Couple blocks from Seneca Lake with a nice walkable park. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice, modern and comfortable. Wonderful location. It would be even better if there were more cooking / kitchen ware (e.g… a large pot to boil water/cook pasta, a baking dish/ rectangular dish for roasting or baking an entree in the oven); and tissues in bathroom.

Sweet Geneva
Spacious apartment. Handy laundry in unit. Nice patio when the weather is good. Easy communication and check in. Short walk to Seneca lake shore & welcome center. Would stay again. Easy access to the lake region.

Overall the property serves its purpose in giving our family more space than a hotel and being within walking distance to downtown and the lake. It was clean with basic amenities. However, some attention to detail would make it much more inviting. While the owner is willing to bring over anything necessary, for the price we paid it would be much nicer to have our needs anticipated. For example, we only had four washcloths for five people. We had to request more, which usually isn't noticed until they're actually needed. There was only one dishwasher pod and one washing machine pod for our stay. Granted, we were only there two nights, but it could be assumed that one per night would be reasonable, especially when paying over $400 a night. Again, the owner was willing to bring these over, but it would be so much nicer on a vacation to not have to ask for such things, especially for details that cost less than $1 to provide. While there was a kitchen, we would have had to bring everything necessary such as cooking spray, salt and pepper, and other basics. I've stayed in many other condos and similar situations where these basic necessities were provided. Also, no aluminum foil, one dish towel. Unfortunately, our sofa bed was also broken. While the owner came quickly and finagled a way to use it, there was no evidence that it was actually fixed during our stay, as was promised. So overall, it served the purpose of what we needed for Geneva, but we probably wouldn't return.

Janet, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. We pride ourselves on our spaces we have created and the customer service we provide and appreciate your feedback. Sorry there was not a fifth wash cloth in your room. That was an oversite on our part, which I quickly remedied as soon as I was made aware. Again sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the sleeper sofa was something that had just happened and though we created a short term fix for you, the permanent fix we found to be more labor intensive and thought it better not to inconvenience you during your stay by being in your space. We do stock our units with dishes, utensils, linens, towels, etc and a small starter kit with a pod for dishwasher, pod for washing machine, dryer sheets, one coffee packet/a couple filters, k-cups, an extra paper towel, garbage bags,extra pillows/blankets etc.; as I agree there is nothing more frustrating than having to go buy a whole package of coffee filters for one or two pots of coffee or even worse going without coffee. If someone asks for an extra pod or paper towel or something small, we can assist; but our units come with just a starter pack to get you going; we decided it is better to keep our price point as low as possible versus stock the kitchen further. Maybe we should offer that as an add on option for people in the future. Thank you for your input.

Perfect weekend
The location was perfect, across the street from the lake. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, felt like home. Karen was a wonderful host and right there if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again

Karen was awesome! She met us at the time of our arrival and showed us around the condo. It was a beautifully renovated property on one of the main streets in Geneva. Easy walk across the street to walk along the lake. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and there was so much room in the unit. Every room was spotless and so pleasant to be in. The only thing it didn't have was a kettle. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flatts. The two bed/2 bath condo was plenty of room and privacy for our party of 4, and if we’d had others with us and needed to use the sofa bed, it would not have felt crowded at all. The condo was immaculate, and Karen was very communicative. It was in easy walking distance from restaurants and the lake. I’ve already booked our next stay!

Nicer then a Marriott
The Flatts were a great stay. The 2 bedroom ‘condo’ feels brand new. Great fixtures, new appliances, new furniture, new flooring—very nice and super clean. The host texted to meet us when we wanted to check in! Quick tour to show us how everything worked and she was just minutes away if we needed anything. The town of Geneva is being renovated but even with construction we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go for dinner, drinks, or coffee in the morning…even though there was a keurig in the room.
